It is possible to overcome this obstacle by gradually training top performers into managerial roles. Each person will eventually be ready to take on the new role if they are given an additional responsibility every week.

Even though you may have a great idea, it is not easy to make the business a reality. Many of us start small and have limited budgets. This means we must promote our business without having the right experience. This was overcome by me researching and analysing successful strategies that would work for my business.

I believe it's best to not quit your job until you see your business grow. If you are unable to balance your startup and job, ensure that you have a backup plan. You should also have an emergency fund you can draw on in case of need.

It is difficult to not have a boss, a set schedule, or a game plan. A business coach was hired and I felt more accountable to him than any boss. He gave me deadlines as well as a road map for visibility and marketing. Through trial and error, I discovered my flow and realized that the profession I was in required me to work normal hours. Do it well, and make it even better.
