The Baddies Brunch Club
Saturday, November 16th, I’ve had the pleasure of writing about The Baddies Brunch Club. The brunch club consists of 19 women from all over the NWI (Northwest Indiana) area. The group of women come together for networking, social events, and mental health retreats and talk empowerment over brunch (breakfast & lunch). The club has been in fellowship since February 2023 but incorporated a year later in February 2024 with CEO/Founder Tiffany Henderson, who had a vision and made it official. The women’s goal is to collaborate with other organizations and bring positive experiences and empowerment to the community. Founder Tiffany Henderson says, “We believe that being apart of this event will illuminate who we are and what we do.”. Ms. Henderson says she was around a bunch of powerful women, and that’s what made her want to bring the brunch club together. “What made me start the brunch club? I was around a lot of powerful women, and I wanted everyone to come together and network with each other, so I said 1 day out of the month will be perfect.” The Women’s Mission is to create a positive, authentic, and empowering atmosphere where women can connect with each other and find community within their city. Ms. Henderson said, “While we are on our way to being the #1 Brunch Resource in the world, it is our heartbeat to see women walk in complete freedom, launched into their destinies and dreams, and living the most beautiful stories life has to offer (this all happens in community).”The Brunch Club believes that when a group of women come together to encourage, empower, and speak into each other’s lives, it changes lives, atmospheres, cities, and our world. " Creating community one brunch at a time." Tiffany believes that in order to build a strong nation, that’s what we need—sister circles and other strong communities. Baddies Brunch Club is proof of what can happen when you find your people. Not only can you bond over a delicious meal, but you can also become an agent for change in your community. The Women of the Brunch Club are fantastic and showing they really care about our community and lives. They’re showing great character and showing that anything is possible when women work together. The brunch club shares a bond over the community and what they can bring to the community. I feel that the club is good for women all around the globe or in the area. These women are focused and have a vision. Get in tune with The Baddies Brunch Club!

Company Culture… It’s More Than Employee Perks
Company culture. A phrase that you could say gets thrown around a lot these days, especially now that hybrid and remote work have become practices that have stuck around in the post-pandemic world. But company culture is more than just having people come into the office to work. And ready for this? It’s also more than employee perks too. Yes, I know that’s what most people think of when they hear the phrase “company culture,” and that’s coming from someone who has dogs running around the office and beer on tap just a few feet away from my desk. Sure, those things are cool, but they are the side effects of what an office culture can have.
