Every Vocal Story I Have Published Is Generated By AI

Introduction

The title is pure clickbait and may put people off reading but it is meant to raise a chuckle because if fully expanded it would read:

"Every Vocal Story I Have Published Is Generated By ACTUAL Intelligence"

That is, I am intelligent, although many would disagree with me on this point.

Previous points on the thing that calls itself AI is that it is artificial and it is not intelligent. Computers and machines can do repetitive things very fast, but they can only do what they have been told to do via programs or other instructions.

This is meant to be a light-hearted piece. I do use programs to generate my artwork for these stories and sometimes if I can't find music for a story, to me it is just another tool to help me.

AI (Actual Intelligence) Is The Life Of Me

AI is just another acronym and they are often the bane of my life although I often use them myself, after all, it is a lot more laconic and economical to say "AI" than "Artificial Intelligence".

Then you start thinking of some slightly naughty one, I was slightly shocked to see this when I was in Prison (working of course):

Apparently, In the 70's U.K., there was a television morality campaigner called Mary Whitehouse initially called her pressure group "Clean Up National TV" Think about it. Then there is always the sound acronym "See You Next Tuesday"

I also believe there was an organisation called the Scottish Highland & Islands Trust. They didn't think about that acronym.

There was a band called SNAFU (Situation Normal: All F*cked Up.), though the album below is called "All FuNked Up".

This is the Google Dictionary definition:

FUBAR is similar, US military in origin, and sometimes containing that explicit naughty word, though this description uses "Fouled" instead.

There are many acronyms that seem to have morphed into their own words:

SONAR – Sound Navigation and Ranging.

LASER – Light amplification by stimulated emission of radiation

SCUBA – Self-Contained Underwater Breathing Apparatus

RADAR – Radio Detection and Ranging

CAPTCHA – Completely Automated Public Turing test to tell Computers and Humans Apart

While these are not as funny, I can never remember their absolute meaning so now I have this Vocal Story to remind me if I should ever need to know.

Sometimes actual words are tuned into Acronyms for whatever reason.

I am sure that we could think of one for VOCAL

Mnemonics are strategies or techniques for effective memorization. They are used to improve memory and are often taught in school. I have a few that have stayed with me such as "Eggs Are Useful" to remember how to spell Beautiful. They are sort of the opposite of acronyms, and, oddly, remembering a long sequence can be used to remember a short sequence.
