Have you ever had the feeling that you are making your life more complicated, creating problems from scratch, overreacting to every little thing, always thinking only of the worst options, and convincing yourself that after any mistake a catastrophe awaits you?

If you answered "yes" to these questions - well, congratulations, you have reason and conscience.

And you're no different from everyone else.

As a rule, our reason is most afraid of what you identify as the least likely threat beyond your control. If the threat is probable, tangible, and can come to life at any time, we are not afraid of it - we respond to it. That is why we often worry not only about what we cannot control but about what is practically incapable of happening to us.

But why do we need all this?

Can't we just enjoy what we have and be grateful for it?

To some extent, yes.

Moreover, a lot of research confirms that when people give a positive look, they start to notice it more often in their life and, more often, they create it themselves. Positive thinking improves our mood and makes our life more enjoyable.

But our mind for a full development needs a full range of emotions, not only positive but also negative, and therefore instinctively tries to create problems, even if we do not face any real.

The human mind is by no means fragile, but rather the opposite - which means that negative emotions and problem-solving can only improve it. Our mind is like coal, turning into a diamond under extraordinary pressure, or the immune system, strengthening after the disease. Our mind constantly needs stimulation in the form of various tests.

So… if you try by all means to avoid real trials, the mind will try to compensate for your decisions by creating a problem for you that will have to be solved whether we want to or not. But unlike the actual tests, if you pass this, you will not receive any reward. You will simply fight with yourself until the end of your days.

The modern obsession with the desire for happiness at all costs tries to protect us from any situations and circumstances that force us to leave our comfort zone, as well as the idea that, ideally, life should be exclusively "good" and any difficulties and trials we encounter are a mistake of fate and make us much weaker mentally than we could be.

Attempts to protect our minds from negativity make us more vulnerable to anxiety, panic, and chaos.

Those people whose minds themselves create problems for them often differ from others in that they have stopped trying to control their existence creatively. From the driver's seat, they reached the passenger seat, believing that life is what just happens to them and not what they create for themselves.

But people forget that the problems and challenges in our lives make us creative. They activate the dormant, inactive part of our creation. They make our lives more interesting. Part of the meaning of the existence of any person is the desire to overcome something.

The most important thing is to be able to keep your balance. To be able to leave your comfort zone in time and for the right period and endure the pain you have to endure to become stronger.

Focus on the real issues of this world. But the most important thing is to choose the issues that you can influence at least to a small extent (and this, if you think carefully, almost any real problem).

Your reason is far from as fragile as it seems to you, and it takes tension, resilience, negativity, and pain to break away from its current shell and become something new. We do this by establishing a closer connection with life, becoming an integral part of it instead of fearing our own emotions and always sitting in the passenger seat, watching our lives.

You can't stay a passenger forever… and you don't want that. You were created to deal with and overcome your problems. So stop avoiding problems and troubles and start living.
