Will DaBaby and DaniLeigh get it Together?
The singer and rapper have friction.

Instagram users watched their screens with anticipation for a showdown that never actually occurred between the estranged couple, DaBaby and DaniLeigh.
Over the weekend, the feuding pair took their romantic relationship frustrations to the social media platform.
In the exchange, DaBaby confessed he is a “father first.” The ordeal included DaniLeigh breastfeeding their three month-old daughter, the one-time couple arguing with each other, and Dababy finally calling the authorities to have the singer removed from his house.
This is important. A man already burdened by the “cancel culture” sought to have the whole situation documented for the world to see in order to protect himself. Some would say he broke codes for calling the cops. He did no such thing. With intelligence, he knew he was supposed to keep things civil so no physical altercation would arise from the spat.
DaniLeigh reacted by not responding to the officers when they arrived. She simply pointed out DaBaby was the one who had alerted them, not her.
What this all means is, within the digital, technological framework of today, we can see whole, real-life situations unfold. Millions of followers and onlookers can see and hear the death mask and knell for a relationship, respectively.
Once she got to the point where she used expletives to describe her former boyfriend, it just showed how vicious and toxic the entire scene had become.
Because they were not being able to communicate with one another face to face, each put up a statement on social media. The details indicate DaniLeigh wished to express herself because Dababy said he needed her “to go.” According to her message, he suggested a hotel.
The feud continued for several minutes, and the dissolution of their coupling was like feed at the electronic troughs for the viewers and listeners watching all of it live.
In street and the hip hop scene, this goes on all the time. The difference is most of the time, the events never see the light of a cameraphone much less the light of day.
These negative domestic interactions all spring from the fount of emotionalism. The behavior of this couple exemplifies the chaotic, emotion-driven decision-making so prevalent in our world today. When two parents of a newborn child can’t squash their differences and use reason to smooth things out, there is a definite problem between these two individuals. Additionally, the globe yearns for these kinds of flare ups to add spice to their mundane, humdrum lives.
Dababy and DaniLeigh are just two of the millions of people going through issues like this. When they go back and forth with each other verbally, we can at least sigh with relief because they didn’t strike one another, or cause harm in any way beyond words. This strikes at the very crux of the matter.
DaBaby sought to “protect himself” by recording the entirety of the behaviors.
He was more calm than she had become. While she displayed actions contrary to a rational adult, DaBaby refrained from being anything but a gentleman.
DaniLeigh handled herself well only with her interaction with the police. To say they should pay attention to DaBaby’s words for calling them. The role of a police officer is to serve and protect, not to mediate as a social worker. They’re sole job is to keep the peace and ensure no acts of physical force occur or neutralize threats.
For DaBaby and DaniLeigh, the two musicians ought to understand their placement in the history of separating. They used social media to just write down their thoughts as opposed to beating down each other. That’s progress for a genre and a culture.
