She made the revelation during a segment when she was asked how she was able to enter into her 'soft girl era' and give tips on how to better yourself. Here's what Real Warri Pikin had to say in response.

During Real Warri Pikin's interview, she was asked "Anita I feel you're in your soft girl era. Advice us, give us some tips on how to get there." to which Real Warri Pikin (Anita Asuoha) said:

REAL WARRI PIKIN: It took a lot of bashing, and again, I used to always say it— Ikechukwu na him be one of the people wey be say, no really make me. Because when you marry husband wey no dey really complain about anything, you go just dey. Anyhow you be, him go just accept you. E good and e bad.

"I love you like that, you don't have to work on yourself."

No! Every human being needs to learn, unlearn, and relearn at every stage of life. When you come get husband wey go just say, "Anyhow you are, I love you like that," e no go push you to improve.

E get one picture wey I see one day, wey I look like him aunty wey come from Cotonou. See my neck, my hand be like leg! I said, "Ike, how far? You senior me seven years, this picture you like am?" He said, "It's how I like you." I said, "My brother, abeg, na so sickness take dey enter? Until sickness enter na him Ikechukwu say, 'You know wetin? As e be like say you no fit lose weight naturally, oya, make we go do weight loss surgery.'"

I had to be sick for him to see that. And again, when I come do am, na then him come dey say, "Shoo, you fine! This is how I met you oh! Na so you come fresh!" But the thing expensive oh, because I had to change my wardrobe three times!
