Be careful every time someone gives up the mask in front of you. That's probably how they are in reality.

It took me a long time to understand the meaning of these words, many years of mental suffering, and a broken heartache. I'm still too worried, though I shouldn't, I'm still clinging to people who don't need me anymore and things I should have forgotten right away.

But I learn, I grow, I change. And on a beautiful day, when a person shows me his true face, for the first time in my life I will be sure that it is. I will protect myself and take care of myself as much as the person I love. I will put myself first.

After years of waiting for the wrong people, I finally began to believe in myself. And do you know what is the most wonderful thing about this? I can't afford to be disappointed anymore. I never betray, lie or hurt myself. Sounds incredible, doesn't it?

Believe in yourself and also put yourself at the top of your list of priorities.

If a person shows you that he is cunning, evil, selfish, and rude - believe him. He didn't apologize to her. Don't give her a second chance because she doesn't deserve it.

Do not explain to him that he is not respectful or that he is wrong in his relationship with you, because no one has the right to make you suffer. Do not apologize for demons and their mental trauma. We all have them. We all struggle with our fears, our past and childhood problems, but this does not entitle us to be cruel and wicked about another person, especially a loved one.

Each of us in our life has had people we have loved too much, and therefore we have fallen face down for their sake.

We close our eyes to the people we love, inventing things that only expose them to good light, and we take that for granted. But I urge you to stop doing that. Stop fighting for them, start fighting for yourself.

There is no need to tell the world that they are good people if they are not. Don't create an imaginary positive image, but tell yourself what these people are. Accept it, be aware and learn a lesson.

Man's actions are a reflection of his inner self. If you see someone behaving rudely with the waiter, they are behaving similarly everywhere and with everyone.

And you don't have to take revenge or be upset. You just have to know that sometimes people turn out to be who they are, and there's nothing you can do about it. You can't solve their problems and defeat their demons. They have to do it themselves.

Calm down and let them go. Tell yourself the truth, protect your peace of mind and heart.

Oprah Winfrey says that success is the situation "when a person is completely satisfied with himself and can say" no "without feeling guilty at the same time. Success - is a kind of inner strength and courage to resist the lack of respect for him. It means asking only what is best for you. You can say "no". There is nothing wrong with your disagreement or that people don't like it. "

The universe (God, or greater power, or something we all believe in) is always talking to people, showing what is good for them and what is not. We just have to keep calm and listen. Take a closer look at your life: the answers to all your questions are hidden in you.

Lack of integrity, honesty, and kindness cannot be justified. Understand that when you see a person demonstrate their dark side, it will happen again and again.

Remember these words in times of suffering, humiliation, and betrayal: "If people show you what they are, be confident in what you see."

Turn your broken heart and pain into happiness. Only you can do this for yourself.
