When I am With Me

When I am with me

Yeah……when I am with me…… is my time…

In this age of turmoil, when everybody is busy with daily routines and fulfilling their duties, he has to, no one has much time to sit alone with himself and get some time to spend with themselves. No one has time to read one’s own personality. No time to look back and call up the time when there were no worries, and no duties, but the efforts that had to be made to move forward and be progressive.

In this age of hustle and bustle, I find free time off and on as I am jobless these days and trying to find out a job. Thinking about different ideas of business and applying at different platforms for the job. Sometimes I sit and think about my past times. The time of my schooling. The time when I was in college. The time when I found my first job. These are not only a series of times but also have covered many memories in them. Those memories are sometimes bitter. But most of them are delightful and smile-giving.

I call up my school friend. Who was always helpful to me and was a mature person at such a young age. She always did positive things for me. The leisure time in the classes when the teacher was not in class we used to sing and listen to the songs sung by each other. We enjoyed sorrows and grief together. But then with time, all was lost. we got busy in our lives. We got practical. Meetings were over, phone calls were over and then we don’t know about each other. She doesn’t know where I am and I don’t know where she is now.

College life is the dreamy passage of time for every student. During all our time in school, we dreamt of college life. As we thought it would not be as strict as school life. The professors would be open-minded to the students as compared to the teachers of the schools. To some extent it was true, but studying and getting passed was compulsory as well

So in my time when I am with me, I call up all that time when I had no worries about finding a job. When I had no duties to fulfill. It all was about getting together with friends, having laughter, and walking long and long on college roads. Enjoying sitting in the canteen, bunking classes, and not waiting for the dismissal bell. All was so charming. At that time maybe it was not so unjoyful, but perhaps that time was also moved to be forward as per my desires. But now when I look back to the past, I admit that that was the most beautiful time of my life. We had never entertained the idea that someday we all will be busy in our lives and find no time to meet each other. Or maybe we don’t want to meet each other.

Time goes on. At one time a person does not think of living without the relations he has. But a time comes when he has to live without them. Those may be friends who are here around us but not with us. Those may be parents, who are not around us but are always with us.

Memories sometimes make a man sad and sometimes they are the only source of enjoying the future or present time. But I think the past time is always good. This is also a reality that when we go through that time we may think that this time is not good, maybe that time has some flaws, or maybe there is something that is not acceptable to us. But when time passes away we always think that the last time was good.

All the time is good. But the thing is that we are at different stages of life. Our way of thinking has changed. Our point of view has become mature.

Now instead of chatting on phone for a long time, friends have changed to managing budgets.

Instead of bunking classes, we are more punctual and regular in our work.

Trying to perform best has taken the place of making lame excuses.

In this book of life, the page has been turned. There is quite a different story, different scenarios, and different efforts. Spending some time with myself makes me realize to make more effort. The man until is in a working position is beneficial for others and himself as well as keeps him energetic. Always try to meet yourself whenever you find the time. It keeps you a few years back in emotions and makes you feel young.
