What you need to know before committing to Love

Love: A connection with the Divine

By Yanet GonzalezPublished 4 years ago 3 min read
Love is the Connection

Love is an emotion, and as such, it naturally varies and changes over time. When you express that Love "died", it means that the way you feel about someone or something changed within you and as a consequence Love "died". But, Love does not exist separate from you, it is not in the air to be grasped and kept. We generate Love from the sweetness in our chemistry while we find pleasantness in the connection and companionship with another.

We come together to unite our great Love and our beautiful dreams. When the coming together first happens, our chemistry is overflowing with sweetness for the other, with intense wanting to be caring, with mutual attraction, mutual need for intimacy, with a need for identification and recognition, and with the need to be together so that all these wanting materializes.

Within a few months for some and within a few years for others, it happened that all the initial wanting and needing gets fulfilled. You found the way to best care for the other, enjoyed the attention and sweetness of attraction, enjoyed the moments of intimacy, spent some time standing your ground and also been flexible and spent much of your time dedicated to growing this affection and way of Life within walls. Once within walls, offspring comes as the ultimate realization of Love.

This Love is sensible, evolutionary and human. It allows for an incredible sense of connection, security, personal growth, financial stability, balance and furthering of humanity. Nonetheless, despite all the qualitative ingredients Love brings, you feel you are drowning. Is so the feeling?

This feeling of drowning is because Love has you tied down. And, our inner natural unconscious seeking and aspiration as a Life is towards Freedom. As a human being for all biological and physiological purposes you need Love. But, as a Life you do not. As a Life, the only thing you need is growth.

Freedom is the ultimate human seeking and aspiration, not Love. Love is the engine at the beginning of all human and natural creations. Love is a creative force. But, unless there is Freedom, Love is not sustainable and cant not be.

This contradictory relationship between Freedom and Love has brought much suffering and emotional upheaval in our relationships and to us.

It stands in our mindfulness to recognize our ultimate aspirations and to know who we are before we are tied down to Love. This mindfulness is a true act of kindness towards ourselves and others.

But, what is Love, really? Love is a dimension that can not be touched, tasted, smelled, seen or heard. It is an aspect of light that can not be accessed as we naturally access other aspects of the physical experience. If we attach Love to any of the senses, we are creating a wrong perception about it for Love is only in the Connection with others and the Divine.

What is Love? Love is the Shunshine

Daily surrounded by unimportant things it is hard to let the Sunshine In.

The most obvious things, even if of proportions we cant fathom, are regularly ignored and discarded.

If you are tighten up and sequestered from shoes to hair, it is hard to see what’s obvious.

If you are mentally aberrated by wants and needs, it is hard to see what’s obvious.

If you are physically automated to go places, it is hard to see what’s obvious.

If you live a solo life and made it a center, it is hard to see what’s obvious.

If you cant get rid of the brain fog that the brain is all there is, it is hard to see what’s obvious.

If you have made yourself of one location, it is hard to see what’s obvious.

If you are no longer you and your ignorance took your place, it is hard to see what’s obvious.

If you dont look to the Sky, it is hard to see what’s obvious. The Sunshine.
