The process of personal development, as the name suggests, is a process by which a person seeks to improve himself personally, becoming aware of the untapped potential he has to improve every aspect of his life.

It can be said that in the development stage, a person completely changes his perception of his existence and the things around him.

Beyond the fact that sometimes the process of personal development is misinterpreted, many people understand that it is just about reading motivational books and participating in personal development courses, this process is a way to grow, to evolve. It's the road from who you are, to who you want to be.

It is a process by which you will become aware that life is made to be lived, as you see fit, and you will learn to fight for the things you desire.

If you are in a situation where you feel that something is missing from your life and you cannot describe in words what it is, this process will help you to realize. Thanks to him, you will find out who you are and you will discover what makes you truly happy.

Through this process you will learn to talk more with yourself, to listen to yourself more, and to take your thoughts as seriously as possible. You will learn to ask the right questions to find out what you want in all aspects of your life.

When the process of personal development begins and how long it takes

There are 2 situations in which the process of personal development begins:

1. When we reach emotional maturity. Generally after the age of 30, after the period in which we let ourselves be carried away by the wave in whatever direction he wants, without having one or more goals to guide our life.

Once we reach adulthood, we automatically begin to let go of our adolescent thoughts and begin to think about the things that matter to us. From that moment on, personal development begins consciously.

2. At any age, we realize that our life is not going in the desired direction. When we realize that if today we regret decisions we made wrong or things we did not make 5 years ago, we will regret in 5 years the things we do not do today.

And since time cannot be stopped and the past is not changed, we realize that the only way we have to stay in eternal frustration is to act and start doing things for and for our benefit.

You will always have the possibility to improve on your own, knowledge to gain, experiences to live. Once you have consciously begun this process, you will want to do and know as many things as possible.

Being a lifelong process, don't start it as a marathon in which to run for books, movies, classes, and motivational quotes. The result you may get maybe against you.

You will accumulate a lot of information. Different opinions, new notions for which you need time to understand them, different ways to develop yourself personally. All this may lead you to believe that personal development is a cliché. One used by people who want to be fashionable or make money from it.

Remember that you are not in competition with anyone, no one is running after you. Talk to you soon. See what you want out of life and in what aspects of your life you want different results.

Start with small steps. Read a book and give yourself time to meditate on it. See if you find yourself in the author's stories. If you think he is right in what he says, follow his advice and follow the results.

Why pay attention to the process of personal development

Whether you like it or not, to some extent you will develop personally anyway. Each year you will evolve into different aspects of your life.

The difference between a personal development left to chance and a conscious one, a development you want, is extremely big.

When you leave your development to chance, you will get anywhere, except where you want to go. And, in addition, the standard, given by the thread of life, is as slow as an Internet Explorer. You grow old waiting for what you want to happen. ⁇

When the desire to develop personally comes from within you, when you become aware that your life is far too important to be left to chance, you will be more motivated to make the changes you want.

Once you have established what you want to change, use your logical and strategic thinking and make a plan of steps to achieve the desired result. Then act and analyze yourself throughout the process. See if what you're doing leads you to the desired result. If it doesn't get you there, change your steps until you succeed.

More and more women are discovering that if you pay attention to the process of personal development you can achieve success and happiness. The more you want to be happy and enjoy life, the more this process helps you. It opens your eyes and the road to a fulfilled life.

Even though they are successful in life, they continue to develop personally. If they pay attention to personal development, we probably should do that too, right?

People who do not pay attention to the process of personal development and leave it to chance do not grow. And if they don't grow, they stay small. Small and unhappy.

What do you choose?

"Laugh a lot and often; to earn the respect of intelligent people and the affection of children; to get the appreciation of the right critics and to endure the betrayal of false friends; to appreciate what is beautiful and to discover what is best in each; to leave behind a slightly better world, either through a healthy child, a piece of garden or an improved social condition; to know that at least one soul breathed easier because you lived. That means you've succeeded. " - Ralph Waldo Emerson
