As you, the fool, approach the throne of the Emperor, you may be taken aback by his absence. You see, the Emperor does not waste time in a chair, regardless of the power tied to it. The Emperor is actively churning the chaos into structure and order. He is bent at the knee, soiling his trousers. His sleeves are rolled all the way up and his elbows are deep in the dysfunction of his Empire. He is the glue that holds it all together, and he does it with grace and ease.
