The story of the post-80s veterans and their comrades who struggled to start a business together

A prominent green "Join the Army, brother" sign, a group of young men in green uniforms, a few neat houses and clean courtyards, and a small alley on Metallurgical Road "hides" a trading company. Unlike other companies, it was founded by Zong Shining, a former soldier born in the 1980s, and staffed entirely by ex-military personnel.
In addition to doing business and training, Zong Shining and the company's "comrades-in-arms" every day carry out military training, even including fighting, single and parallel bars, and other subjects training...... He said, filled with nostalgia for the green Army camp, the group of former soldiers reunited and has been trying to start the road ahead.
A former soldier became president of the company
Even the "saddle" is a large jeep, and a sign advertising "Brother, join the army" is posted prominently on the vehicle. If not, who would have thought that such a young man born in 1988 is the founder of a trading company, and has been persistent in preserving the fine traditions and style of the army
?
Face-to-face interview, Zong Shining speaks agile, and lift their leg to move their body, without the slightest procrastination. He said it had something to do with his army connection. Even starting a business is the result of working together with my comrades.
He felt that he had been very happy and lucky during his two years as a soldier. In addition to the initial training in Baoding, I also participated in the grand military parade of Tian 'anmen Square and went to Tibet to practice. I saw a lot of the world and gained a lot of knowledge. As he had not been home once in two years, he was so homesick that he did not hesitate to leave the army after his service ended in 2010. But when he took off his cap badge and collar pin, tears welled up in his eyes.
"I want to go back to the army for a few more years. I can't bear to leave my comrades." But there is no remedy for regret, and he cannot stop or turn back time.
Start a business with a comrade in arms
He had to do something. After a career in marketing in Beijing and a small business in Xingtai, he eventually chose to set up a trading company, starting with liquor sales, which he knew best.
"I have always had infinite feelings for the army camp. I hope I can start a business together with my comrades and let everyone live a good life." Zong Zhining said that from the end of last year, he and his comrades began to start a business.
His company is hiring people regardless of appearance or education, but there is a hard rule -- they must be veterans. Zong Zhining has great confidence in this rule that others do not understand.
Every morning, the first thing before going to work is to run a stretch, at least 3 kilometers. In addition, all kinds of management also require militarization. People who often do not train can not adapt to such a high-intensity pace, and even at the beginning of running, some people are so tired that they lie on the ground and firmly say "quit", and some people even quietly take their bags and leave without saying goodbye. But these did not stop Zong Zhining's military-style management of the enterprise.
Business operations are also for the public good
After more than half a year of planning, the company is basically on the right track. He began to think about how to better serve the army and public welfare.
On the eve of August 1 Army Day, they visited firefighters and some veterans.
Recently, he is planning a visit to the home of the poor elderly in the community.
He said he hopes his company can convey positive social energy and give people more hope.
