MOMENTS OF ABSOLUTE CALMNESS AND HAPPINESS WITHOUT CAUSE FOR DISTURBANCE

INTRODUCTION

Peace is a concept of societal friendship and harmony in the absence of hostility and violence. In a general or social sense, peace is referred to when somebody is in the state of happiness and his or her mind and health not in stress or when a group or state not in disagreement or in conflict and freedom from fear of violence between individuals or group freedom from disturbance, tranquility, calmness and solitude. It is a period in which there is no war or war has ended.

It is absolutely necessary and vital for people to be at peace all the time to ensure progress, development of our wellbeing, any group or country to make life happy and pleasant with positive thinking.

Peace maintains law and order to prevail, brings unity, ceremonial handshake or kiss exchanged during a service in church or mosque symbolizing love and togetherness

The world is made of people of different cultures and ethnic tribes living in different parts of the universe. God created everything that human beings needed for their survival, but these essentials are not located in one country of the world, therefore the peoples and countries depend on each other in good and strong relationship to negotiate what they required from one country to the other to meet their needs. It is obvious that the attitude and behaviour of people from one country to the other will not be the same; as a result people need to understand and accept the cultures and behaviour to build up a cordial and strong bilateral political and business relationship to enhance confidence and to maintain good rapport between one country and the other countries.

The countries through international affiliations and joint cooperation consolidate peace, unity and freedom of movement from one country to the other once the necessary established protocols are observed and maintained; therefore movements of people are unrestricted. However, some countries used their wealth and resources to proclaim superiority over other countries with less privileges’ and opportunities and demand special conditional criteria to link with them.

Some people have been influenced by their race and colour and therefore proud to relate with other people of different ethnic tribes and culture. This is one of many reasons for the disputes and conflicts that resulted in war between one country and the other. Other reasons for conflicts and war are; political motivation influence, economy instability, social injustice, power consciousness and religion tolerance.

WHY PEACE IS NECESSARY GLOBALLY?

The life of individual, people and state is being threatened when there is no peace, because of uncertainty of the situation or circumstances. Every improvement in status is ceased, development and advancement in planning is hindered, friendly relationship is obstructed, life expectancy is diminished at reduce period of time, living standards retrogress to a deplorable states; the atmosphere is polluted with dangerous substance and chemicals that are infectious to human health. The government is in disarray without concentration to good governance, during war utilities services are unreliable as access to providing these services are in danger because of insecurity. The need to maintain fruitful dialog with neighbours3, interstates, and foreign agencies and representatives is very important and crucial against foreign aggression and invasion to enhance security, peace and stability of a country. A good political leader will focus his or attention to be at peace with all countries to safeguard the interest of the sovereign state and the people.

REASON FOR THE WAR BETWEEN RUSSIA AND UKRAINE

It is not a surprise that the war could emerge when the focus of the Ukrainian Revolution of Dignity in 2014 was considered due to the fact that Crimean Peninsula had been occupied by unmarked Russia, while Pro-Russia separatists simultaneously engaged the Ukrainian Military in an armed conflict for control over Eastern Ukraine.

This is a cause for justice and respect for the sovereignty of the state in accordance international laws and protocols; it is indeed fight for your right. The proof of military capacities and strength to display power of the myth has influenced the war, but without thinking it outcomes causing mayhem to millions of people all over the world direct and indirectly in distress and suffering buy death or protracted deplorable living conditions. There must be a point of consciousness to think how possible solution can be put in place to revert to peace because their primary responsibilities are to the peoples and the states.

ACTIONNS TO RETURN PEACE TO UKRAINE

Any war will go ahead when there is vital disagreement over patient issues that are political, civil or religious between two people, groups or countries. War escalates the concept of enemy. An enemy can be reformed, in progressive order, as an adversary, competitor, partner, teacher and family as equal, nobody wins a war by himself and for the two parties it must be a win, win situation and the end result of war is calamity, destruction of lives and properties and retrogressive situation or circumstance to poverty, underdevelopment, education and religion constrains.

And progressive, heartfelt and responsible Leader may attempt to pursue war blindly were a situation has become stressful or unavoidable, but where there room for negotiation to resolve salient issues over disputes, a wise and good leader will accept the alternative means to amicable settlement of disagreement or dispute. Therefore the primitive’s measures should be adopted for the sake of peace in Ukraine.

1. The president of Russia must see reason to request and accept ceasefire to negotiate issues relating to the conflict in a round table conference organize by a third party.

2. Both parties should assess themselves as equal therefore respect each other opinion and observe a genuine reason for the dispute.

3. Both parties should recognize that there is the perception of injustice on both sides, causing the issue of adversaries that can be resolved.

4. Both parties must be prepared to forgive and ask for forgiveness; here forgiveness means for retribution and revenge. It must be an act of true courage, even if one of them thinks the other side doesn’t deserve peace.

5. Both parties should refrain from belligerence, as it will be taken as bulling and arouses renewed antagonism.

6. Let both parties use their emotional intelligence which means understanding each other side feelings, giving them value, and making them equal to each other feelings.

7. Both parties should try to understand the personal values and culture of each other, the fog of war descending when two adversaries know nothing they thought about one another, however the expectant result is war based on projection and prejudice. The goal is mutual acceptance; at the deepest level they all want the same things.

8. Both parties should refrain ideological rhetoric over politics and religion.

9. Both parties should recognize that there is fear on both sides, and must not be afraid to express anxieties and no fear of the other side.

10. Both parties should not insist of being right or wrong, but should be ready to narrate what actually went wrong.

CONCLUSION

The Russia and Ukraine war is a concerned of people all over the world because of the expected outcomes that would have the negative effect on them, more especially on their living standards, and also the economic effect on other countries round the world that will include; fuel crisis, devaluation of local currencies due to exchange rates, manufactured local and imported goods prices rapidly increasing, increase medical health problems, destructions of infrastructures and personal properties, advancement to technology may be put on hold, restriction of peoples movements from country to countries, social justice hindrance (Religious War) will emerge, etc, etc

I am sure it is the interest of everybody to pray for peace in the world, especially the super world power to intervene to stop the [progression of the war between Russia and Ukraine as soon as possible with the available negotiating strategies to end the war and bring back peace to the countries.
