The Enchanted Chest

Nobel Approach of Morality

By Mohammad NurullahPublished 2 years ago 2 min read

Once upon a time, in a small town in America, there lived a loving father named Michael. Michael had a son named Ethan, who was eight years old. Michael loved Ethan with all his heart and wanted nothing but the best for him. He would often spend quality time with Ethan, making unforgettable memories. One beautiful summer day, Michael and Ethan decided to go on an adventure in their cozy little town. They packed a picnic basket filled with their favorite snacks and set off to explore the nearby forest. As they walked through the tall trees and listened to the sweet chirping of birds, they stumbled upon an old, mysterious map lying on the ground.

Excitedly, they picked it up and saw that it led to an enchanted chest hidden deep within the forest. Feeling curious, Michael and Ethan decided to follow the map to see what they would find. The forest became even more dense as they walked further. It felt like they were stepping into a magical world. After a while, they reached a spot marked by an X on the map. Looking around, they saw a beautiful, sparkling chest nestled among the colorful flowers. However, there was a small problem – the chest was locked and they didn't have a key!

Ethan's face dropped, feeling a little sad. But Michael, being the loving and problem-solving father he was, reassured Ethan with a smile and said, "Don't worry, buddy! We love solving puzzles, so I'm sure we can find a way to open this chest." Together, they inspected the chest, searching for any clues or hints. Ethan noticed that there were buttons on the top of the chest, each labeled with a different number. The numbers ranged from 1 to 10.

As they thought about what the correct combination could be, they noticed a pattern in the surroundings. They saw that there were ten different flowers nearby, each in a different color. With excitement, Michael and Ethan realized that the number on each button on the chest corresponded to the position of a flower in the rainbow. Ethan quickly exclaimed, "Dad, let’s look at the colors of the flowers and try pressing the buttons according to their positions in the rainbow!"

They began pressing buttons one by one, starting with the red button, then the orange, and so on. When the last button was pressed, they heard a satisfying click, and the chest popped open, revealing a shiny gold key inside. Ethan’s eyes sparkled with joy and he shouted, "We did it, Dad! We solved the puzzle!"

Michael nodded, proud of their teamwork and problem-solving skills. He picked up the key and they carefully closed the chest and returned the map to its hidden place. As they made their way back through the forest, they felt a sense of accomplishment and realized that sometimes solving problems requires patience, observation, and creativity. From that day on, Michael and Ethan continued to solve problems together, finding joy and strength in their bond as father and son. And whenever they faced a challenge, they always remembered the magical day in the forest that taught them the importance of problem-solving and the power of love.
