Tess Holliday is clapping back at people who criticize her weight, calling it “ugly” behavior.

The model took particular aim at critics who claim they’re concerned about her health, posting a TikTok where she highlighted the most frequent comments.

“It’s always, ‘You don’t care about your health. You don’t care about your kids.’ “

“ ‘You need to lose weight,’ ” said the model, 39, mimicking a talking mouth with her hand. “‘You’d be so pretty if you lost weight.’ “

“No,” she said, putting her finger into the camera. “Because you know what? It’s always that, and it’s never, you’re just a f—ing bitch. You ever think about that? And, not only are you a bitch, but you’re an ugly one, too.”

“You’re ugly,” she said, “because that’s ugly behavior. Only ugly people inside and outside act like that. So before you go running your mouth, think, ‘Do I want to be ugly today?’ “

The mom to Bowie, 8, and Rylee, 18, emphasized that she was talking about ugly behavior making people unattractive in the caption, writing, “UGLYYY (and before you come for me, this isn’t about ‘beauty’ this is about being a good person and how if you’re not a good person that literally shows on the outside.”

The body positivity activist hashtagged her video #meangirls — and it’s not the first time Holliday has sounded off on critics of her appearance.

In August, she took aim at people who said she was bigger than a size 24, prompting her to snarkily respond, “Oh no, I was just exposed.”

“I’m actually a size 69, get into it,” she quipped.

However, in April, Holliday shared that the constant stream of criticism does impact her.

“One thing I’m learning on this extremely fatphobic app is the minute you mess up, you can count on everyone to tell you how fat you are and that you should die. It’s great. I’ve honestly been loving it,” she said in a sarcastic April 15 TikTok video. “Don’t keep it coming because the mental health is a little fragile right now. But sometimes some of us are just doing our best. Sometimes we do make mistakes and we are never gonna be perfect.”

“Maybe if we mess up or make a mistake and own it…maybe we could just not say that they’re the most disgusting person on the planet and the fattest thing to ever walk the earth,” she continued.
