single
Whether you're solitary by choice or simply unlucky in love, being single is complicated.
Scratch n' Sniff
I stand in the closet with my face pressed into hands which hold a tank top. One that has managed to remain the last standing memento, of a time long passed. For any time I am anxious, or feeling stuck in life, I purge my belongings. In the last couple years I have made two big moves and nine smaller moves between family and AirBnB's. However, I have had this closet in my own apartment going on eight months.

Love is the New Pink
Part One Everyone wants to be loved. From the moment we are cognizant of our world we begin our lifelong search for affection. We long for playmates, best friends and someday a life partner. We are born with a giant-sized void needing to be filled. We long for a strong arm of comfort, a lap to rest in and a shoulder to cry on. We look to friend groups to create a fun and warm environment where we feel accepted and important. We are the lost puzzle piece looking for a place to fit and the security of belonging. It’s blissful being a part of the whole picture. The feeling of being needed and wanted warms our spirit.

Do You Need a Special Someone in Your Life?

They feel that having that unique individual, regardless of the amount of a trade off is required, permits them to easily squeeze into their gathering, particularly assuming everybody in their circle is banded together. Being single can feel alone, forlorn and a pariah.

When You're Struggling to Find the Point of Love
