love
All you need is Love, and Love is all you need.
Let Free
A wave of depression overcame her. Had a really been 12 months since James had died? This is the first time she had visited the beach since the incident. The memories were overwhelming her. She began to run and didn’t look back, until she reached a rockcliff standing in her way. The white foamy waves were folding at her toes. Her dark blue eyes staring out to sea. All she wanted was James back.

Love Is Complicated
I had read an article a while back about how we only fall in love with three people throughout our entire lives. At first, I thought that it couldn't be true, but as I read on it made so much sense! Nothing had ever made so much sense in my life!

22 Years of Love
I've been alive for about 22 years now, and I've learned a lot about love, heartbreak, and people. I've been broken up with, broke up with someone else, called off an engagement, and fallen in love over and over again. I have many more years of learning to go, but here is what I know:

Hold On
Move-in day at Forrest Valley University. Coach has “volunteered” the whole football team to help out. It was my shift and things were slowly wrapping up. As I made my way through the hallways, finally finishing my slave work, she glided past me. The walls fell away, time seemed to crash into itself… instinct took over; I had to approach this force of nature.

How to Find Love
Love is usually perceived as a myth to those who attempt to consume it. Comprehending the reality of the myth is a difficult aspect to intake when the past has shown shreds of what was thought to be love. The reality of love is chaos and passion creating a world that holds shots of pain and pleasure; heaven. However, those who desperately perceive love as a figment of imagination created from a mind of loneliness seem the most determined to obtain it. When that person is alone and vulnerable, their mind begs the question that has run through all of our minds.

The Three Loves
The three types of loves you will encounter: I once read a post saying in your life you would have three types of loves. As I sat and read this post, I thought how accurate can this be until I sat and thought about all the boys I had dated. Three spoke out to me: the three I loved, the three that shaped the person I am.

One Crazy Blonde
I have always been a bit crazy, I've always done things differently, and I've always liked it that way. I guess you could say that other people didn't like it however, like the time I went to CAMHS* and the lady told me I was weird because I made sure both feet touched every step when walking downstairs (what a loser eh). There is however, a strong beacon of light in my life who sees past all the weird things I do, or even loves me for them (well I like to think he does), and this dear nut cases is my thank you to him.

Love....?
There is a huge difference between LOVE, LIKE, and LUST. A lot of the time like and lust are confused for love. Sadly, people are so quick to say “I love you,” throwing people off and making them think someone loves them when they don't. Ladies and gentlemen, I encourage you all to watch the other party's actions instead of listening to the words they say alone. And don’t you dare feel obligated to say “I love you too,” because then how you really feel will be falsely interpreted. The relationship then becomes a domino effect leading to a lot of “fake” this and thats and it is then no longer called a relationship but instead, what my mom calls, false advertisement.

Heart's Light and Answered Prayers
When I close my eyes, you are there. I think back to my prayer...my prayer for my heart's desire. For years, I have prayed for the one that would love me as much as I loved him. He wouldn't just say I love you, he'd show me daily. He would cover me as God intended, supporting my dreams as I support his. As time marched on, I'd wait on my prayer to be realized. I knew God was preparing me for the one; my king. I didn't know how or when it would happen, but knew that it would. Jesus promised he'd take care of me. When I finally let go of the things preventing me from having my dreams realized, my prayers answered, I closed that door and mourned what once was. Then, just as the sun rises on a new day, God opened a door I never knew existed to reveal the light and new love that now fills my heart. Little did I know, you had prayed for me too. It was hard for me to believe you’d pray for someone like me, but I am oh so glad you did. He prepared us through circumstances we didn’t and still don’t understand. Circumstances that have been difficult, scary, and emotionally draining. We made it through every situation feeling weakened at first, only to realize how much stronger we were for the experience. There is a saying, “That which doesn’t kill us only makes us stronger.” We are witnesses that can now testify to the truth of that saying. We made it to the other side.
