Love can do a funny thing to the human brain. Whether you have it or not, whether you feel it or not, whether you’re looking for it or not. Every New Year’s Eve I find myself in straight nots. Every year thus far has ended without a love in my life that I can call mine, in loneliness that has perhaps left me a little jaded. Every year, despite my resolutions or maybe more accurately reservations, I can’t help myself from wanting that daydream that is a New Year’s kiss.

Pieces of a Broken puzzle
Angel and Bryan met a few days ago while they were out grocery shopping. The interaction wasn't anything special, especially given the fact they were both wearing masks and barely knew what each other looked like. It was strange they exchanged numbers. They texted a few times, but nothing too serious. Dating during Covid has been tricky for them both, especially for Angel. Neither of them have had any luck. Angels wquiet and reserved, ut her sense of humor makes up for her bashfulness. Bryans as smooth as they come, plus he always has that shit on. The two of them in theory would be an odd imperfect fit, but timing wouldn't allow it. Angel was recently removed from a long term situationship and Bryan was sleeping around with anything that had legs. The two of them couldn't be more emotionally unavailable. After a few weeks pas, they eventually end up going out on a date. Being that they met nearly a month ago, the odds of them clicking and hitting it off were slim to none. Angel agreed to go out on the date for the free meal, plus she could use a trip outside of her apartment. They both could. She thought Bryan was cool, but she couldn't help but to think he was a lady's man and had his way with woman. So she had no intention of this going past the first date. Bryan didn't know what to think, but he went in with the same mindset as usual. She would be another notch on his belt.

I love you and the fear of losing you. The first year was about trusting me and getting to know me. Then there were mistakes that I wished I have never to you. When I meet you, I was nervous because of the type of person you were. I was trying to help you with your emotions since I knew you were suffering from the inside. You needed someone that understands you. But when I saw you, my whole world was full of butterflies. My heart just melted within those eyes as you looked at me. The more I spent talking, the more my heart would sink in. I became soft and started being my old self.

What is life
I’m confused. Confused about life, confused about love, confused about everything! Why does life have to be so hard for people and women like me ? Is it because I don’t look like the females you see in magazines or on the tv? Is it because I’m minimum wage and not paid ? Is it the color of my skin ? I get depressed at night when I’m just laying down all alone in my room thinking and wishing my life was like other peoples. It’s like my family has a curse on it or something. My love life is as equally crazy as my personal life . I have a delusional “baby daddy” who really just want to keep me around cause he doesn’t want nobody else to have me. That’s another story in the making though.

Every second Sunday is the worst; I have to smile pleasantly while he drops our 5 year old home, both of them happy and exhausted from another fun weekend together! Tragic Angle of Love: A warm pain in the heart
Love is a heavy word which has deeper meaning. Many confuse infatuation as love and commit various mistakes but it is not their fault. Actually in this world no one has the right to declare someone's love as infatuation or immature, not even by me. The thing I want to say that sometimes, it is difficult to determine whether what we are feeling is love or not but one thing is absolute that when we like someone then we stop thinking about our self rather we engage all over time thinking about the one we like that’s why it is often said that 'when we start liking someone else then we stop liking our self'. There are many people who hesitate declaring that they like someone or something because they fear that people will start judging, they fear that people will start putting various opinions about them but do you know when we express something then only some sort of interaction begins. I agree that we can’t do anything if that interaction is against our favor but one should never regret sharing their thoughts to someone. Once you start postponing something by thinking that we can do this later that thing will never done and eventually all future plans will get spoil. If you hesitate to put your opinion then you will be like a dead body to everyone. Physically you will be recognised but mentally no one will care about you. Hence it better to express love because if that love truly belongs to you that love will remain with you forever in your heart, if that love doesn't belong to you then it is a signal that it’s still not your time. Moreover loving someone is one the greatest thing in the life because when we love someone we admire them, imitates them, they becomes out idol. There are many people in the history who lost many things sometimes their lives while loving someone. At their end time they must be satisfied with that thought they expressed their love and their is no regret inside their heart.
