That Day on Texas Creek. Top Story - April 2023.
The impact of chance is something we often don't immediately realize. At least, that's been my experience over the years. Looking back, I know that the “accidental” crossing of paths in the past has had much to do with the person I am today. This is the story of one unusual chance meeting that changed my entire outlook, although the realization didn't come to me right away.

The story of my folly pt1
Hi guys, Beautifunmi here again. Or rather earth's finest here again hehehe. Ok um I'll admit that was kind of weird but I'm about to expose my stupidity to the world so a little bit of humor is required to break the ice at least. Oh yeah, for those of you wondering, Mr. DA is fine... I think. I've left him in the hands of his capable nurse. Last i heard of him, he was able to refrain from acting upon his auditory hallucinations and paranoid delusions. So that is that about that.

The day I received first semester exam timetable 😭😭😭
Hello everyone. Beautifunmi here. Before we get into it i would like to make a quick introduction. My name is Bukunmi Oluwafunmilayo Akinlawon. If you have not already guessed by my name, I'm from the western part of Nigeria. A state called Ogun although I reside in Lagos which is another state in western Nigeria. I am a nursing student in my 4th year of study and i must say it really has not been easy but we thank God for life and strength cuz I really would not have come this far without His help. So I owe all that I am and all that I have to Him. If you have not already guessed, I am a Christian and I attend a Christian university so yeah... quite a bit of rules. Anyways nursing... hmm. Omoo... premium shege ooo. If you're out there and you're thinking of coming to nursing school you better think well o because your eyes will nearly peel with the amount of tears you will cry ehn...hm. I just said i should inform you as someone that is currently experiencing the shege. So if you intend to become a nurse because of passion, you better have that passion in abundance because that is what will keep you going. And if its money that is bringing you to nursing, run ooo!!!! Because that money you're looking for there are easier ways to find it. Okay I think this has been quite the lengthy intro. Without further ado, let's begin...

The Enchantment of Blue:
The son of a man who had fallen while swimming from one end of the sea to the other and was about to drown couldn't help but think about the incident with every breath he took. It was an event that had shaped his life, and he often wondered if his father's fate would have been different if he had encountered a different kind of ending. Growing up in a place where the sea was not a part of everyday life, the son had always been fascinated by the power and allure of the ocean. When he first saw the sea at military school, he was filled with a range of emotions - excitement like a child, yet also a fear of the unknown. For him, the sea held both beauty and danger.

Passing Ships: The Power of Human Connection.
It was a typical Monday morning, and I was rushing to catch my train to work. As I was running down the platform, I noticed a woman standing by the edge of the platform, staring off into the distance. Her hair was a mess, and her eyes were red from crying. I could tell she was upset, but I didn't want to intrude on her personal space. I continued walking towards the train, but then I realized I had missed my train. I felt frustrated and angry, but then I looked back at the woman. She was still standing there, looking lost and alone.
