humanity
For better or for worse, relationships reveal the core of the human condition.
The Game
I'm 18. I just graduated high school. A lot of crazy things are happening in this day and age and in this individual period of time in my life and there's a ton of stuff I still have yet to truly comprehend. That being said, I don't know a lot, but I know enough to understand that we all have to play the game. A loud, never-ending game played by us, along with three others. Three other players who go by the names of truth, perspective, and love.

What You See Isn't Necessarily What You See
I'm pretty sure everyone can agree that assumptions are never good. Unless you've known someone really well for a very long time, I wouldn't chance it, even then you can go wrong. And a lot of things CAN go wrong in a pretty serious way if one isn't careful.

Don't Give an Ugly Response
The world can be ugly, but that doesn't mean you have to be. It's no surprise we come across people on a regular that can be downright ugly. They could be having a bad day or they could be in a bad mood and sometimes they're just looking for people to take it out on. Our first response could be to respond in ugliness or to give them a dose of their own medicine. That's what honestly can feel natural to us. We want to show them how it feels.

Everything Happens for a Reason
We hugged tightly, standing in the damp, cold that we were forced to call our summer for the past few years; my phone tightly pressed up against my ear. My Uber had arrived to take me home after a long, physically and emotionally tiring day.

What If We Aren't All That Different
I read an article recently where Ryan Reynolds spoke about how he still suffers from "crippling anxiety" and deals with dark depression moments. I thought to myself, Whoa this guy deals with anxiety?!?!He looks like he's been molded by the hands of God. He seems to have a great personality, a quick wit, seems as if he enjoys life, and he is is married to Blake Lively! He's got more money than he could ever need, and he still deals with anxiety? This really got me to thinking.

How the Sexes Communicate With Body Language Differently
Body language is no longer just a catchy tune by singer/songwriter Kid Ink. In fact, the Merriam-Webster dictionary defines body language as, “the gestures, movements, and mannerisms by which a person or animal communicates with others.” Scientists are now making observations that allow humans to decipher these built in messages that began forming long ago. Despite the obvious similarities that you might share between you and your partner, such as taste in music or decor, there are various key differences in the way that the sexes communicate nonverbally, or, through body language.

Reviving Morgan
It’s 2015 and I’m surrounded by my family and six of my best friends in the entire world. I’m celebrating my 16th birthday in the heat of June, and three months worth of planning couldn’t have prepared my celebration for the words about to come out of my friend’s mouth.
