humanity
For better or for worse, relationships reveal the core of the human condition.
Quarantined with an Abuser
All across the world, we are grappling with COVID-19 and the struggle to contain it. Schools have shut down, large gatherings are banned, churches are closing and even chilling at your local park is being patrolled by police. We are learning new terms like social distancing and flattening the curve. We are being urged to do our civic duty and help slow the spread of the virus by limiting our social interactions. This is the way we can help our health system respond to the virus and help stop the spread of the disease to the most vulnerable.

The Audacity of Man
The Audacity of Man By Patrick San Francesco Among all the species, we consider ourselves the most superior. Religion is one of the biggest sponsors to this belief. The feeling that we have dominion over all of creation lends to this concept. The irony of it is, there is definitely nothing that is superior about us, except our attitude. Our obsession with the need to possess blinds us to the damage we wreak on nature and our fellow humans.

A brief introduction to me
Hello. My name is Troy. I'm on the tip of the tail end of my 20's and am currently unemployed. Not because of the corona-virus but because I was sick of working my ass off for 12 hours a day just so I could afford to pay my rent on a flat that was about as roomy as a shoe box in central London. So one day I decided to quite my bar manager job, move back in with my parents and spend some time doing the things I love again. This included activities such as reading books, drawing, playing guitar, going to shows, travel and other such endevours. I even managed to find myself a girlfriend. I'll be honest she sometimes annoys the shit out of me but after a string of bad relationships and shameful one night stands its nice to have something stable that for the most part makes me happy and its an added bonus that she doesn't mind the sight of me naked.

I Am Now Home!!
👋🏾 There, HOW IS IT GOING? ME??? Where do I begin?? The past half a decade has been to say the least a world wind. I had this cray idea💡of trying to share with the real world 🌍, the wonders I was experiencing on the World Wide Web 👨🏾💻. I attacked this journey with a few question ❓running thru my brain 🧠... Why has the world 🌍 not truly embraced this genius creation? Why are people stuck in the ways of the past? Why are they fighting change, especially when the change makes life so much easier than what they’re doing now? I can honestly say, after a five years journey, which rain thru community organizing, hangin out with political people, and countless hours of chats, and fierce confrontations, I am now just as confused 🤷🏾♂️ as I was when I first began.

Mon Tresor (My Treasure)
Oh, it's funny. The first time I encounter men who have business dealings with me, they don't expect a woman. The first time I met with my coachman, he asked for a Mr. Laviolettem assuming that the letter he received from me must have been misspelled. I came out of my study/library.

Baby boom or doomed for divorce?
This whole self isolation and lock down period has certainly thrown life off balance , in more ways than one causing, uncertainty about the future. This future could potentially be uncertain for anyone in a relationship. Predictions have been made about a baby boom and increased number of divorces. Stand In The Place Where You Are.
People often ask me why I do the work I do for the community that I live in. They ask why I care. They ask why I would live with just what I need to survive, when I make enough money to live comfortably. They ask me why I reach my hand out to anyone, when not everyone deserves it. It's simple. At the lowest point in my life, someone cared.

How the coronavirus proves that we are all the same
Racism has never been something that was easy for me to understand. Prejudices fall into the same category. However, I will not sit here and say that I have never judged someone by their outer appearance or their way of speaking, their job title, their status, their bank account. There are so many ways we judge people by.
