    It’s so hard to ask for love these days. All a person would want is to be appreciated and loved just like all those cute couples out there. But every step you take in a relationship, you feel a sudden guilt that maybe you’re not doing enough or maybe you’re not enough for them. There’s always the ‘trust issues’ surrounding your mind even if you guys are doing fine, even if neither of you has ever cheated on the other. The sad reality is, everyone is scared of commitment. And why is this?

  • Finding Out Who I Am, Was Just The Beginning

    Finding out who I am, was just the beginning. Some years ago I was searching. I was looking for who I was. Not just who I was but who my ancestors were. Even though I had stopped stripping and started to live a so called normal life, I still felt lost. I would think to myself this is it? I just work, get married, then die? I needed something more. I needed to find out more about my history. So I started researching at the library. First I read different history books. Then I heard a voice say. Go to the internet. I was hesitant at first because I remember in school, I was taught by teachers that everything on the internet was a lie so I shouldn’t trust it when doing research. I found out quickly that was not so true. I listened to that voice and went ahead to find out more about myself and my ancestors. It actually helped speed up the search for me by using the internet. At this time I had also just started to read ancient writings. I was realizing and discovering more about who I am.

  • The Vending Machine

    In the cafeteria of a college dorm there was a vending machine filled with the best snacks. The owner of the machine was careful to make sure it was fully stocked every week. One day Johnny came looking to buy a bag of chips. He read the directions on the vending machine which said insert $1, then input the combo number corresponding to your snack of choice. Johnny inserted his money and typed the combo for his chips. The vending machine came alive and activated the spiral ring holding his chips. Johnny watched his bag chips fall to the bottom, and as he went to pick it up he heard two more bags of chips fall. Three bags for the price of one! Johnny felt blessed. He took the three bags of chips and went on his way with a big smile on his face.

This story might be badly written, or have a bad flow but who cares. This story’s meaning is exactly this.   • I do not know what to write

    Seriously. I am going to write about the fact that I have a $1 first month membership. I was given a $5 bonus once I submitted my 5th story. I feel like I must earn enough on reads and tips to finally be able to cash out, and then I can justify keeping vocal+ one more month. Yet, I am so uninspired.

  • Degrees of Separation

    This is a story told to me by a close friend to whom I was teaching much of the material that composes my lecture series. In teaching her how to open herself up and look for this phenomenon authentically, she - someone with no prior belief in this topic - had an experience which to this day stands out in my mind as an exemplary piece of evidence in favour of the reality of the phenomenon of psynchronicity. I imagine that this is the sort of story you will readily dismiss, as it seems the sort of thing that only happens in movies or in video games, when there's a director to the drama, not in the chaos of real life where there is no 'grand plan'. Regardless, this is what she told me. First, I have provided a summary of the incident that she wrote in her own words in retrospect some months later, and secondly I have provided my own account of what she told me, an account I recorded within my psynchronicity journal within days of her telling me her story.

  • I gave up most of my possessions

    When I was growing up My family would tell me I had to collect things. It seemed that collections were important. My Aunt Pauline collected chicken statues and books. My Grandmother was a collector of dolls. I have to say I didn’t entirely understand it but on my first birthday I was given a stuffed elephant which I adored. So I became the collector of elephants. At some point I became interested in other countries and my family would gift me stamps and coins. When I was in high school I remember my mom asking me “what Pfalzgraff pattern do you like?” I was a bit confused by this because quite frankly I didn’t like any of them and was thinking of possibilities like college and boys not dishes. My mom explained that it was so important to have a pattern.
