humanity
For better or for worse, relationships reveal the core of the human condition.
A British Summer Ball
Each year I go to the British horse races. One year, about five years ago. After the races, my partner in love and I were invited to an after race-course event. A ballroom dinner-dance. The person who invited us, was also a usual horse-race goer. In other words, we met up with him every year. He was a livewire largish, red-faced plump northern man. He had a large belly hanging. He loved his food. He knew his list of fine wines. My partner in life and I, felt somewhat sympathetic to this northern loner.

Children Of Light, Fire Hearts, & Pure In Purpose
Every baby born into life, has a purpose & special light! Each will learn what’s wrong & right. Most will say that what’s bad is good. A few will do just as we should. Some will do their best if they could. All these voices & opinions, leave most wondering how to listen. Those who hear love’s words awaken. It’s good to know love's words are pure. Love pure words & we will be sure. Through love’s power we will endure. Sol loves each & every child. We should live our lives worthwhile. All Sol’s children will face trials. By the spirit we know what’s true, always keeping light in our view. Within this love we can’t askew.

The Zebra Scenario
It was in the summer of 1995 that I joined a global computing company as a Sales Executive. I was a warm July as I recall. It had taken three painstaking interviews to finally be told I had been successful. Nothing new there right. Many people go through the same process for any and every job they apply for.

A Dream I Didn't Know I Wanted
I want to tell a story. I want others to fall in love with the characters I hold so dearly. I want my world to become a real place in the hearts of many, like Harry Potter or Star Wars or, let’s face it, anything Cassandra Clare writes. I want my books to shine and I want to share my love of it with everyone. I want the world to hear it. Is it really all that amazing? Well, you should see for yourself if this isekai/fantasy is something you’d like. However, let me tell you how much it drives me first.

Finally Home, Again
The first home address deposited in my memory bank was in Spanish. Its meaning was something like the trees on the hill, West Verda Des Los Arboles. Although, there were no trees and no hills-- that I can recall. I vividly recollect the dust, the cacti and the desert. I was two when we arrived and nearly eight years old when we left the only place I could remember calling home.

Unchosen One
I was unlikely. In everything I did. An awkward child, an awkward teenager struggling with loner status in a school lined with the brace-teethed children of lawyers and doctors and parents much more prestigious than my own. Unlikely to be chosen for any sports or games or even the school dance.
