Autumn/Winter Romance - Final Part
The following few months were a whirlwind. I called my mom after Robert and I left the beach and went somewhere warm, and she screamed when I told her. The screaming was quickly followed by giddy laughter. Our friends were extremely happy for the two of us, having known from the Halloween interaction we had that we would end up together.

To the Boys I Loved Before
To the boys I loved before, I’m glad you came into my life. I’m glad you came into my life at every stage as a different lesson. First, you were the boy who sat in front of me in grade four... five... six, you were my friend. At that age, I didn’t know what more people can be but we all had crushes. You were so cute and funny, you would ask me to help you out in math, or make jokes about the teacher and that to me was the best it could get. I was just in love with the idea of liking someone. But somewhere along the way you ended up liking my best friend, she was beautiful and I was just one of the boys. I was as heartbroken as an 11-year-old could’ve been. You taught me that the one you love isn’t guaranteed to love you back, you showed me for the first time that I wasn’t beautiful, that tomboys aren’t likable, that love was all about how you look. But that’s not your fault.

It Ended Right When it Started
Intoxication. Heart pounding. Lips clashing. Everything that you have ever wanted has become reality. This is it, you have finally decided to show your most vulnerable state of existence to the one you have desired for so long. The amount of emotion being displayed by them has never been presented to you before so you grasp on to it like it is the last breath you have in your lungs. You let your hands roam their body, not knowing his would be the last time you would touch them. Too quickly, the climax of the situation has been reached. You stare into their eyes hoping to see the light of love you all you see is the lack of emotion they had before. They get up and gather their belongings as if they had been waiting to that the entire time and you both go your separate ways.

It Started with a Cup of Coffee
The first time I saw him he was on stage playing guitar. I looked up at this man and thought to myself, "That's him, that's the man I am going to marry." Immediately after I thought, "that's silly you can't just think that about a random guy."

Both Sexes Answer: What Women Want in a Man
That’s right, my peeps, it’s time for another Jus L'amore experiment. Recently, I discussed Top Male Turnoffs for Women, which illustrated five of the worst traits a man could possess according to women. Now, it's only right that we delve into what women DO find attractive in a man. However, this time I wanted to switch things up and survey males as well as females to see if men have any idea of what turns a women on. So, with the help of 50 men and 50 women, ranging from their late twenties to mid thirties, I conducted my first What Women Want experiment.
