Stop

Life is busy! We are all trying to make it! Excel, or survive, the fight to keep above water is all the same! I get it! The demands of life are greater than a distraction because there is always something trying to knock someone off their square!

Life has major priorities and to give someone time and space within a personal 24 hours, that person better not be playing! It’s like, “how can I help you?” Please don’t waste my time!

Better yet, let me put my head down and plug into who only matters! Kids, siblings and to the lucky ones with parents who care, are still around!

Then suddenly, a need to come up for fresh air, someone or something is looking and trying to sell a product or idea, and there is just no rest!

Maybe I should stay inside for one day! Can’t do that! Dog needs walking, kids need loving! Life goes on! Look to the left, look to the right! A look behind on gives memories of someone who promised to be there! Someone who said they were going to be there through it all! The guard was let down as these words appeared to be comforting and supportive at the time, but in reality, completely opposite and a summary of their self centered bull$#!+

However, that one will come along and he or she will come out of thin air! Somehow, this person will not be the personal picture of made up poise and profection! He or she will just come and utter the message, it’s time to stop and breathe!

Take a little break because there is something that I have to offer! I see you and I see me, our lives are different, yet we want the same! Past disappointments has trained us both to keep our heads down and sprint for the finish line!

So what is life without stopping? What is life to look to the left or right and find no one there of substance? Yes, many can say that there is someone there, but is that person there out of tolerance? Only the opposite individual knows the answer to that question!

Come up for air and just stop to take a look at that random person! Yes, success can be lonely at the top and some material possessions to fill a void here and there! There is nothing wrong with accomplishments! Please don’t get me wrong! Nothing better than achieving your goals!

Give life a pause for one short second and see who is around! Does this person gives a sight of purpose of confirmation to keep going, or does this person give a sign of what could possibly be satisfying healthy attention from the opposite mate?

There is nothing wrong right answer! Keep striving and hope that our kids are there for us when we are old and life has greater things to offer, which will allow us to pause!

A pause to just cherish what’s around us or the great possibilities of considering what we could add to our lives by process of healthy boundaries and sound judgment!

It’s good to look up every now and then just to see is still around! Take that time to get away from life and be thankful that you are! With or without, just that you are! Cable of sound thought and mind! Cable of making a careful decision based on personal safety!

I’m glad there was I break from the busy life in front of you to take a time to pause and be thankful of what is!
