Seasons
There is profound transformation in the simple act of shifting our perspective during life’s hardships. In moments of struggle, we often ask, “Why me?”—a question that calls us inward, urging introspection, acceptance of life’s natural cycles, and a search for inner peace. Hardships are not detours but essential paths to growth, and like the seasons, each phase of life is both necessary and fleeting. To live fully is to embrace them all—joy and sorrow alike—while nurturing hope as the seed of personal transformation. In the end, our story is uniquely ours, and within it lies the truth that can carry us through. We are all braver than we know, resilient beyond measure, and our quiet strength is revealed in the unwavering belief that this too shall pass.

There is always…
A rainbow after a storm.
Endless happy moments after sad ones.
A light at the end of the tunnel.
And so much in between.
Why me?!
A question that we all have asked at least once in our lives as we face issues and situations that feel beyond our capacity to handle.
But…
What if we slowly trained our minds to see a better tomorrow?
What if we envisioned better realities that reflect more of the happiness we deserve?
What if all we needed to tackle life’s unpredictable phases was a change of perspective—accepting the oxymorons and choosing to have faith in a better tomorrow?
What if we searched for inner peace…
So many questions, and we wonder where to start to find answers…
Well…
Take a break…
Let go…
Introspect… for introspection will lead to understanding…
Understanding the reasons behind the choices we’ve made.
Understanding the whys and the purpose of things happening to us.
Understanding a little more of who we are and who we are meant to become…
Would life make sense if we only experienced the good?
Would we appreciate and want to hold on to moments that give us joy?
Would we want to better ourselves?
Would we want to love as hard?
Would we want to feel, with intensity, all the good tomorrow can offer?
The human experience on Earth is inherently rooted in our capacity to live life to its fullest. Each main character, from birth to death, will love, laugh, cry, thrive, feel lonely, and grieve. We will each have a unique story, and at some time, we will experience loss—a painful loss that comes from deception, the death of a loved one, illness, depression, or an unpredictable event that creates a hole in our soul.
What is left after sadness?
What is left after grief?
What is left after depression?
What is left after feeling like there is nothing left…?
But when we think about it, is there ever really nothing left?
Hope…
Hope is the soul’s whisper that light will find the cracks. It is the belief that good things coming to an end gives place to better things. It’s experiencing the present while having faith in the possible future we desire. More than mere optimism or wishful thinking, hope is a conscious orientation toward the possible. It links the present moment to a not-yet-realized future and empowers us to act in ways that defy resignation.
Defying resignation—which would lead to the death of the person we once were, giving way to the one we were meant to be.
Defying resignation- embracing that we will be reborn like a phoenix and taste the immortality of having come and conquered.
For this is the only way to discover our true selves.
Our unique story comes from our strength, our courage, our capacity to face fears, to leap into the future, and to wear our scars proudly—for they make us who we are…
Thus, our sole purpose…
Why me?! you still ask…
Why not you?!
Remember…
Winter comes with white Christmases.
Spring comes with blooming flowers.
Summer comes with an abundance of vitamin D.
Fall comes with beautiful scenery.
But plants die in winter, reborn in spring, thrive in summer, and change in the fall.
Nature embraces its phases.
It all comes and goes.
With time, it gets better… easier.
Consciously understanding and believing that this will one day be a chapter in your story—a testimony or a lesson learned that will inspire another being going through it. Because at the end of the day, as a wise person once said:
“This too shall pass.”
