They are people who need special care different from other healthy individuals; due to their being disabled, or losing the ability to carry out their life activities like other human beings; The types of these disabilities vary, including motor, sensory, and intellectual ones, as well as mental disabilities. The causes that led to these disabilities vary; such as genetic cases, abnormalities in body activities, and accidents in general; Such as traffic or work accidents, and deformities during childbirth, in addition to some cases of consanguineous marriage.

Problems of people with special needs society's inferior view

Many people with mental disabilities also face a problem in not being accommodated inappropriate health centers; Which makes them vulnerable to ridicule, when they go out without the knowledge of their parents to public places.

Absence of rehabilitation programs

Some think that the disabled should sit at home, and stop practicing the forms and manifestations of life; without any regard for his human dignity, which is his right to mix with people, go out to face life, and get a job; therefore, on civil and humanitarian institutions, and state institutions; allocating programs that target people with special needs, seek to rehabilitate them, then integrate them into civil life, and provide suitable job opportunities. The disabled person can do it while ensuring that he gets the financial return. In addition to providing a professional environment that respects their humanity. This requires educating people; the necessity of changing their (inferiority) view of people with special needs, and raising the level of confidence in the abilities and achievements of the disabled in life.
