Nothing in the world, much ado about nothing.
I have heard a saying: "The easiest way to get what you want in the world is to ask for trouble."
When you think about it, it makes sense.
Along the way, we are always used to sticking to what we shouldn't stick to and clinging to what we shouldn't stick to, knowing that it will only increase sorrow, but we are bound to feel sorry for the unworthy people and worry about the unworthy things.
Psychologists have done an interesting experiment:
They found some investigators of different ages and asked them to write down all their worries in the next seven days, and then put them into the "worry box".
Three weeks later, psychologists opened this "worry box" and asked all investigators to check each "worry" they wrote one by one.
It turns out that 90% of the troubles will not happen.
That is to say, most of the worries in life are nothing more than asking for trouble.
As the Buddhists say, Bodhi has no trees, and the mirror is not a platform. There is nothing in it. Where does it cause dust?
Now that things have happened, to struggle again is purely to torture yourself.
It's better to think about everything in a simple way, to resist obstacles, to have means to resist, to face it calmly, and to see the moon through the clouds.
However, the experiment is not over yet.
More interestingly, psychologists put the remaining ten percent of the "worries" of investigators back into the box.
After another three weeks, the investigators found that the worries they had seriously worried about before had long since disappeared.
It turns out that everything will pass, and nothing can't be solved by time.
Those hurdles that we thought we could never cross have become the scenery behind us in an instant;
Those people and things that we have been thinking about for a long time have been lost in the years before we know it.
When we have experienced running, loss and frustration, we no longer worry about the complicated things in our lives, and we no longer worry about the regrets of the past. The years naturally let us learn to eliminate troubles.

Let nature take its course and everything goes well.
"Zengguang Xianwen" said: "Sometimes there must be in life, and there is no need to force in life."
Indeed, it is better to let nature take its course and face it calmly than to insist too much.
When Zen master Yao Shan and his disciple Yun Yun woke up to meditate and meditate, they saw two pine trees in the courtyard, one withered and one glorious.
Zen master Yaoshan asked: "Is a tree good to flourish or wither?"
Disciple Woke up and answered without thinking: "Of course it's good to be lush!"
Another disciple Yun Yun said, "I think it's better to wither!"
After listening to Yaoshan, he shook his head: "Prosperity will eventually disappear and withering will eventually become a thing of the past."
At this moment, a little novice monk happened to pass by, and Yaoshan asked him the same question.
Sammi said slowly, "Let it flourish if it is lush, and let it wither if it withers."
This is the beginning of Yaoshan, and the two disciples are enlightened.
Worries in the world are not like this, because they are struggling to get stuck, so they are trapped inside for a long time.
As a matter of fact, in a short span of several decades, it is inevitable that there will be gains and losses.
Prosperity and decline, bitterness and joy, success and failure, life and death are all human affairs and ordinary scenes. We should experience them one by one and should not be disturbed.
Be calm about life, be indifferent to it, suffer pain when you are in pain, and be happy when you are happy, so that you can get rid of endless troubles in life.
If you can let everything go, you are a free man in the world.

If people let go, there is no haze.
Have seen such a story.
There is a middle-aged man whose family is happy and his career is small, but he always feels that his life is empty and he is helpless all day long.
Later, this situation became more and more serious, and he had to see a doctor.
After the doctor knew it, he gave him three pills and said to him:
"You will go to the seaside alone tomorrow. When you arrive, take one medicine at 9: 00 a.m., 12: 00 noon and 6: 00 p.m., and your illness will be cured."
The middle-aged man was dubious, but the next day he came to the seaside according to the doctor's instructions.
At nine o'clock sharp, he opened the first post of medicine and took it. There was no medicine in it, only two words were written, "Listen carefully".
The middle-aged man was very surprised, but he sat down and listened to the sound of the wind and the waves silently.
Gradually, he felt that the beat of his heart was fused together, and his body and mind were clear.
At noon, he opened the second prescription with the word "memory" written on it.
He began to turn back from listening to the outside world, recalling his carefree childhood, the difficulties of starting a business in his youth, the love of his parents and the friendship between brothers and friends, and the hot heart burned again.
At dusk, he opened the final prescription, which said, "Write your troubles on the beach".
He did as he said, and just finished writing a wave, he called, instantly drowned his "troubles" and washed the sand flat.
If a middle-aged person realizes something, he will no longer be empty and helpless.
If the heart doesn't care, why bother; If people let go, there is no haze.
Whether you feel pain or happiness, it's just a temporary obsession.
The process of "writing your troubles on the beach" is actually to let you lose your unnecessary obsession. The waves will wash away all your troubles, and the troubles will naturally be solved.
Walking in the world of mortals, what we should do most is to stick to what we should stick to and let go of what we should put down.
Only by relieving the pressure and burden on your shoulders can you continue to move forward.

Life is made by oneself, and happiness is sought by oneself.
It is never others, but yourself who can help people solve their worries.
Seeing the sea and the sky, the predicament will eventually become a sea and a sea, and it will disappear; When you accept the vast universe, your troubles are like a drop in the ocean, which is not worth mentioning;
Life is difficult, such as flowing clouds through Qian Shan, which is a dream.
The good and the bad will eventually become the past, so there is no need to get into trouble.
Even if the vast weeds hang seng in the road ahead, we should have "bamboo poles and shoes beat horses lightly, who is afraid?" A miserable life "transcendent and broad-minded.
