Never walk with garbage in your hand (great in-depth article)
Don't punish yourself with someone else's hurt

A sad-looking man was walking along the road carrying several bags of things, not noticing the strange gazes of the people around him.
The things in his hand, emitting a burst of stench, will passers-by are smoked to cover their mouths and noses.
Some people can not help but remind him, the man just realized that he has been carrying garbage walking.
In life, many people also have "carrying garbage walking" experience:
For example, if you encounter some broken things, you will mope for days;
After experiencing a regret, you will also be secretly hurt from time to time, refusing to let go;
Encountered the unreasonable people, the bad people, and the other side of the argument, have to argue a right and wrong ......
These bad moods, small regrets, bad people and bad things, in essence, there is no difference with the garbage.
However, many people still like to carry them in their hands and hesitate to put them down, which ultimately leads to their own stench as well.
Don't internalize yourself with momentary frustrations.
I've heard a point of view called: one can have frustration, but not frustration.
The so-called sense of frustration refers to the disappointment, frustration, self-doubt or powerlessness that people feel when they encounter difficulties or failures.
Once a person is deep in frustration, he or she can easily be crushed by the frustration, and from then on, he or she will be devastated and discouraged.
Let me tell you two stories.
The main character of the first story is a writer named Howard.
He was obsessed with novel writing, but over a long period of time, several works he wrote one after another were rejected by publishers.
Faced with this blow, Howard worried all day and night, and even certain that he could not write another excellent work.
Just when he received the last letter of rejection, he was completely disappointed with life and shot himself directly in the face.
Another, is the story of writer Thomas Carlyle.
Thomas Carlyle wrote the first book of his life when he was 40 years old.
After writing the last page, he was so excited that he didn't even confiscate his manuscript and ran out into the yard for a walk to calm down.
As a result, after he left his study, a gust of wind blew through and blew his entire manuscript into the fireplace.
When Carlyle returned, he was devastated to see that his work had been reduced to ashes.
But after a painful experience, he resolved to let the incident turn over and continue to devote himself to new creations.
Finally, after three years of continuing to work on his work, he became famous with his book, The French Revolution, and became a world-renowned author.
The writer in the first story, deep in frustration, ended up paying with his life;
The other writer, on the other hand, viewed frustration as a life experience, and he turned the page on it decisively, which led to his later accomplishments.
This can't help but remind me of the two states of life mentioned in the book Antifragile:
The first kind of people, when they encounter something not as good as they want, will be like a glass ball that falls to the ground and shatters into pieces.
The other kind of person, on the other hand, will be like a rubber ball, which will not only not break when dropped on the ground, but will bounce higher.
Therefore, after being pushed to the ground by the bumps in life, it all depends on how we choose whether to break or bounce back up again.
A truly smart person always knows how to move forward and look ahead, and will not allow themselves to wallow in frustration.
And if you don't want to keep wandering around in frustration, then hurry to get rid of the baggage of internal friction, and go to choose another kind of life that is more and more courageous.
Don't hold on to the regrets you once had.
There was a philosopher in India who was greatly admired by a woman.
One day, the woman boldly approached the philosopher and said she wanted to marry him. The philosopher, however, said he had to think about it again.
As a result, the philosopher considered for ten years, before making up his mind to marry the woman.
By this time, the woman had already been married and had three children.
When the philosopher found out, he was nearly broken, and two years later, he ended up in depression.
Before he died, he threw all his writings into the fire, leaving only one comment on life:
If life is divided into two, then the first half of our life philosophy should be "no hesitation", and the second half of our life philosophy should be "no regret".
Before it's too late, we should try our best to grab it and save it.
But if everything has become a thing of the past, then we should try to let go of the past, do not take the memory of the past, to torment the present self.
Life is long, and we all have a long way to go, and we all have a lot to go through.
But if you take every bad thing you encounter on the road and clutch it tightly in the palm of your hand, you will not be able to move an inch.
Instead, it's better to throw away all the garbage that makes you feel upset and shake off the negativity that pollutes your mind and body.
In this way, we can make a space to accommodate the beauty of life and rest our body and mind.
