Moral Integrity

I see so many people having such difficulties arise in their lives due to the morally skewed decisions that are being made by those who are in positions of authority. I have faced my own challenges in my journey of returning to school to obtain a degree in a field I would truly enjoy working in, due to the ability it would grant me to be able to help those who are going through struggles of their own.

It is in times like these that perserverance is essential in living a life of integrity and moral alignment, because as those who many look up to, to make such decisions are instead, pursuing their own self interests, seemingly without regards for those which they are supposed to be making wise and ethical decisions for.

Life is an ever changing adventure, which we have been conditioned to believe as being always stable. I have found that regardless of what others choose to do, the only thing I can ever truly control are my own actions, and choices.

Life is not supposed to always be easy, because if it was, we would learn nothing, I have found that this experience of physical incarnation is something that is not simply a blessing to have the opportunity to experience, it also affords us the chance to be a blessing in the lives of others. When you learn to see the divinity that is ever present in yourself, it opens your eyes to see that same divine essence in those with which we engage, with each passing day.

Many people wake up in the morning, and begin dreading the day before it has even begun, due in a large part to societal conditioning, which caused our attention to be taken away from that which is truly important in this life, and is instead directed towards social media feeds, copious amounts of misinformation, and a quickly eroding sense of security from the events taking place at current that are increasing tensions globally.

I wake up each day, and instead of jumping for my phone, or getting on Facebook, I take time to set an intention for what I want my day to be, and what I want to bring to the world with the time I am given throughout that day. Living life in a way that is consciously connected to your authentic self, is so much more fulfilling and prosperous. Maintaining a focused perception on the present moment is something I have also integrated into my lifestyle, and since doing this, I have known a consistent state of peace within myself, that is ever present, regardless of what may be going on outside of me.

With anything that arises in this life, we are given a choice of how we are going to respond to whatever that event may be, whether good or bad, when you make a choice to live in the beautiful peaceful present moment, it allows you the ability to be much more consciously aware of that which is going on around you, and allows you to respond accordingly to events that may transpire, instead of reacting to external stimuli due to increased stress responses that many people have, due to always either worrying about the future, or regretting the past.

The only time we ever truly have is Right Now, and when you cultivate present centered attention, something that is so simple can truly change your life, in the most profound of ways.

Set an intention each and every day, right when you wake up, to live in compassion, and allow that seed of light, to flourish through your own personal emanation of divinity that only you, in all your uniqueness are able to bring forth in a world that desperately needs it.
