Lose 10 Kilos in 10 Days
Oil and Sugar-Free Meal Plan with an Indian Touch

Introduction:
I am excited to share a full day meal plan that will help you lose 10 kilos in just 10 days. What makes this meal plan unique is that it is completely oil and sugar-free. I have also added a slight Indian touch to the diet plan, offering breakfast and dinner options. This easy-to-follow meal plan is made with easily available and inexpensive ingredients. Remember, to achieve good results, it's important not to cheat for the entire 10 days. Additionally, I recommend incorporating light to moderate exercise like walking into your routine. Without further ado, let's get started!
Start Your Day with Turmeric Tea or Lemon and Chia Seed Drink:
Turmeric is a natural detoxifier, and the active ingredient in turmeric, known as curcumin, increases thermogenesis, leading to fat burning and weight loss. Although lemons taste acidic, they are actually alkalizing within the body, helping to balance the body's pH and lower inflammation. Chia seeds, an ancient superfood, are thought to have been a staple in Mayan and Aztec diets. The fiber in chia seeds helps you feel fuller for a longer time, preventing the urge to have unhealthy snacks. Remember that chia seeds and basil seeds are entirely different and not the same.
Breakfast Smoothies:
For breakfast, I'm sharing two smoothie options. The first one is an apple banana smoothie. You can find the recipe in the links below in the description box. For the second smoothie, you'll need 1 roughly chopped apple, 1 medium carrot, and 1/2 cup of water. If you prefer a thinner smoothie, add 1 cup of water or use coconut water or any fruit juice. Squeeze in one lemon or use orange juice instead for sweetness. To boost energy, add 3 dates, 1 tbsp flax seeds, and 1/4 tsp freshly ground cinnamon powder or a small piece of cinnamon stick. Blend all the ingredients together until well mixed. Apples promote the growth of good bacteria in your stomach, and their high water content and fiber keep you full until your next meal. Carrots are low in calories, full of nutrients, and provide you with vitamin A, which plays a role in reducing abdominal fat. Dates, despite their sugar content, contain various minerals that help lower blood pressure and regulate fluid balance. Cinnamon is a miracle spice that aids in weight loss by targeting belly fat, suppressing appetite, and keeping you feeling fuller.
Lunch:
For lunch, lightly toast one brown bread and top it with one sliced boiled egg. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Alongside, have one sliced apple sprinkled with freshly ground cinnamon. After half an hour, enjoy a cup of matcha green tea or regular green tea. Eggs are incredibly nutrient-dense and filling due to their high protein content. High-protein foods reduce appetite and increase fullness. When combined with brown bread, they make a satisfying meal. The apple and cinnamon add extra flavor and health benefits.
Afternoon Snack:
In the afternoon, have a cup of green tea or matcha tea. If you feel hungry, you can snack on carrots, cucumber, celery sticks, or beetroot slices. Remember, this is a sugar and oil-free diet. If you crave sugary snacks, you can have up to three dates.
Dinner:
For dinner, have a bowl of masala oats. This lightly spiced oats recipe, along with vegetables, is a fulfilling choice. The recipe can be found in the links below. If you don't enjoy masala oats, you can opt for simple oatmeal with jeera and coconut. Check out my video on how oats help in weight loss. Ensure you have dinner by at least 7:30 p.m.
Bedtime Ritual:
Before bedtime, have a glass of warm lemon water. Lemon is rich in vitamin C, an immune system booster. It acts as a blood purifier, improves the body's ability to eliminate toxins, and helps maintain pH levels in the body. Lemon also promotes clear and glowing skin, preventing acne and wrinkles. Don't forget to stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water throughout the day. You can also try my fat cutter drink for added benefits.
