Do you know what color the blocked door is? Or how old is the saleswoman in the store where you ran away at lunch break? When was the last time you felt the breeze on your face? When did you try to look at the sun?

To many of you, all of the above will seem strange. But in them lies the meaning of life: not in the conquest of Everest, but in the months and liters of perspiration during the preparation for climbing; not in the wedding itself, but in the feelings you experienced when you met your girlfriend, courted her, built the foundation of your future family.

Often people expect a result, avoiding the actual process. "I will make money soon, after which I will rest in Bali!" Do you recognize yourself in the above?

When you rush forward, looking only at the ultimate goal, without noticing the people around you, the situations in which you find yourself daily, LIFE in all its manifestations, then at the end of the road, disappointment awaits you. It is at such moments that you feel that life is passing by.

So, if you have lost the taste of life, you can no longer find reasons for joy, energy, and adrenaline, you live in automatic mode, then you do not live consciously. If you lived consciously then you would easily answer the questions at the beginning of the article. Exactly, it's about "here and now," living your moment. It is when you pay attention to your own needs and those of those around you when you notice everything that happens and what surrounds you when you see life.

Start and end the day consciously

How does an ordinary citizen usually wake up? After the alarm clock rang about 20 times. He gets out of bed with great difficulty, realizing that he has no time for breakfast and will have to drink his coffee on the run. Then she opens her wardrobe and grabs her first coat, which has fallen, jumps to one foot, and frantically searches for the key to the door.

Go to bed early so you can wake up easier in the morning. Don't hit the snooze button, lie down well, feel your body and brain gradually wake up, start working. Do light gymnastics to make your body feel better… Then take a refreshing shower, feeling the drops of water caress your skin. Feel the touch of the fluffy towel.

Then cook breakfast with healthy food and eat it leisurely. No gadgets and no TV! Think about the food, the range of taste sensations, smell, and consistency. Get dressed without haste, check if you have taken everything and now you are ready to leave the house and welcome a new day, which will bring you only pleasant surprises!

He feels the same pleasure when he returns home. Allow yourself the luxury of going to bed for 10 minutes, stretch your hands and feet, close your eyes and realize that you are at home, feel everything around you, listen to the sounds and thoughts that surround you…

Try to live deeply in the morning and evening at home, which we live unconsciously. Try to be aware every moment. At the initial stage, help yourself by saying aloud everything you do - here are the potatoes, I'm hungry, I'm taking a shower, it's fun, I'm watching a movie and I have peace of mind.

Do not lose the feeling of conscious life during the day

The keyword is sensation. When you walk on the sidewalk - do you feel the asphalt through the soles of your shoes? Or the outside temperature? Is it comfortable or cool? Or maybe it's too hot? You have entered the gym, here you have a lot of chances to live consciously for as long as possible! Feel the muscles work, feel the pulse, breathe.

Do you have difficulty breathing? Remember the sensations in the body, the mood. Next time, compare and see if anything has changed. During the lunch break, try to eat in silence, focus on the process, imagine how the food reaches the body, how it brings energy, nutrients, how it saturates it.

Start listening to your sensations as often as possible

How do you feel now? Even if you feel physical pain or experience negative feelings, do not reject them, accept them willingly, because they are part of you. But don't forget that they are only a temporary part, they do not determine you as a personality.

Therefore, allow them to exist, but also think about how you can do so to get rid of them in the future. This way you will be able to make a conscious choice where you previously had a bunch of confusing emotions.

If you follow these tips regularly, then over time you will want to expand, change, and add your note. Don't hesitate to do it! The pleasure of living life does not consist in events but in the ability to feel and live them to the fullest. Live tasty, my dears!
