Nightmares and True Love
"You died today. My blurred eyes were watching you go down into that last resting place. Our kids were screaming for you. I could hear the pain as they called out your name. All I could do was cry silently and stand there lovingly embracing them — I have been keeping them together, for my sake. Do you see us?

Maybe I Thought We Had Something More Than We Did
I have soo much to write, I just don't know where to start. Should I start with my best friend who I thought might have feelings for me the way I did him? Maybe I should talk about how my new friend is just too good to be true, so good that the thought of him even a little interested in me is a joke! Well I suppose I should start about how I got myself in this, and how this seems to be a loop of how my "friendships" go.

Girls' Night In
You call it "girls' night in," I call it free therapy! The few days out of our lives where us gals just kick it back with PJ's on and all the care in the world of how we look out the door. Yenta and the Jewish Standard
I’m so old that I started blind dating before match.com existed. I’m not sure if blind dating is a verb but the other variations — blindly dating or dating blind — sounded worse. Even though I learned pretty quickly that describing oneself with brown hair and blue eyes in written form is no match for a photo, I kept doing it, hoping my wealthy, good looking, funny, preferably Jewish prince would appear.

A Man and The Man
Roger Paul Jameson, III meticulously pulled the shaving cream from his face as he stared into his large mirror. He saw that no piece of his hair had stayed on, and he nodded at this sight. He then put down his razor and reached for his toothbrush, which already had the toothpaste on its bristles.

Getting Back into the Dating Scene After a 12-Year Relationship
A relationship can be like a beautiful plate, like the one pictured, but they can be the complete opposite. I was in a marriage that was a bit of both. Sure, it started out great, but things went wrong down the road, and we have had it bad for the last four years.

Best Gifts for Your Girlfriend on Any Occasion
Let's admit it, getting a girl a gift is slightly more difficult than a guy. You never know if she's picky or if she actually doesn't care. But if the girl you're getting a gift for is your girlfriend? Oh, forget about it! Way harder, right? I know, you want to impress her and show her how much she means by buying the ideal gift.
