Overcoming the Fear of Letting Go
I have always found it hard to let go. Mostly people, of course. What does it even mean — to let go? To let someone leave your life without facing any confrontation from you. To let someone, who probably meant a world to you, fade away as if he or she never existed. To let somebody live their life happily without you being a part of it, to cut all the connections with them, to not allow yourself to give your decision a misleading thought — “what if I am doing it all wrong?”

Four Years Starved
It’s not dating that’s hard, it’s meeting people. Think about it. The only reason dating sites exist is because people are too busy, far, or anti-social to meet people. It would be amazing if the world set us up to meet our soulmates at a young age and allowed us to grow with them, but as we all very well know, that is only a reality for some. However, I do think the universe likes to play with us…most often, me.

7 Signs Your Girl is Cheating
Damn man, I really hate to be the one to deliver this bad news but someone has to do it. You know that wonderful girlfriend of yours, the one with the great sense of humor, perfect-for-you body, and nurturing attitude, the girl you thought would never do you wrong? Well what if I told you your suspicions of her recent shift in behavior weren't due to her supposed "increased work load” or “monthly female hormones”? What if these latest changes stem from a change within her and her wants and desires aka her desire to be in bed with someone other than you? Would you confront them or turn a blind eye? Are you, as a man, equipped to realize when the woman you thought you knew is no longer that woman but rather a liar and a cheater? Sorry dudes, I told you this might suck.

Goodbye To My Narcissistic Abuser
How do you get over four years of loving someone with every last fiber of your being? How do you go on knowing that this nightmare is real? How do you stop the tears that just seem to keep falling? How do you watch the person you once considered to be your everything disappear and be replaced with someone you don't know? How do you get over the loss of what you had always hoped would be a forever deal? How do you tell yourself not to love that person anymore? How do you tell your heart that it's over for good even though your head has known it was for some time? How do you tell your mind that every kiss, every hug, and every intimate moment you shared was all built on lies? How do you watch the one you once loved love someone else? How do you get over every moment of laughter? How do you get over the struggles and the heartaches the both of you once shared? How do you survive the loss of your best friend? How do you explain to others how you feel so that they can truly understand and respond appropriately? How do you say goodbye to all of your yesterdays? How do you know what (if anything) was real and what was fake? How do you train yourself to not think about that person? How do you teach yourself to no longer care?

Real Relationships, Where Are They?
Relationships today are not the same as what I saw growing up. As I grew up, relationships was more about love and it led to marriage. When problems came, they knew how to talk it out. People knew their value. They never settled. Marriages even lasted till death. My grandparents are a great example. I watched them because they inspired me. They were married till death. My grandfather died first, then my grandmother died two years later. I can tell they loved each other.
