Valentine's Ideas That Don't Require Much Thought

The Mindset of Cheating
So this is something that has been on my mind for a while now. The reason why is because I knew somebody who had cheated on her husband with two different men. When she told me, I was blown away by it, and I asked her, "why are you cheating on him?"

It's All Good
#MyWorstDate He is six years younger than me, and I'm not 30 yet. We met when I visited his store as a trainer, and I thought it was cute the way he ran out to my car, as I was leaving, to get my number. We flirt-texted for a few days and decided later that week to go to the beach. I made it clear I wasn't going to be driving my car, and that he would need to come pick me up. He agreed.

From Weakness Comes Strength: Part One
I honestly couldn’t even tell you how long I have wanted to tell my story. The full version, unedited, uncut, wholesome story. I’d be lying if I told you this is going to be easy for me write, and even easier to share. There are parts of my story that not even my own parents and closest friends know of. (If you fall into those categories, don’t take offense to me hiding certain things; I did this to spare feelings and emotions while I also prefer to cope with certain things on my own.) I am finally telling everyone everything to symbolize me going into my adult life with a clean slate: no secrets and no bottled up stories and hidden emotions. I hope me sharing this can help others going through similar situations.

Survival
I don’t think that I believe in a specific god. Or rather, I believe that there is potential for some sort of higher power to have created humanity and the universe, but I don’t believe nor follow the set of rules laid before us in a certain religion. Why does a man who’s been dead for thousands of years have the authority to dictate who we can and cannot love? Why do we have to follow commandments that were enacted at the very beginning of humanity? What religion is so progressive that it has been able to adapt to centuries of change amongst the human race? And I for one, certainly have very little to thank the heavens above for. Why should I be grateful for an eternal sickness for which there is no cure? For permanent suffering, for emotional scars, for a hatred nothing short of rooted in my being?

Thoughts on Women: Journal 1-18-18
Women are awesome. Awesome in the true sense of the word’s definition. They leave me awestruck at the things they do, overcome and think about. From what I have observed about women (I am a man so I could just be talking out of my ass) they have a sense of equality amongst themselves. It takes both a man’s and a woman’s genetics and sexual reproductive organs to make a child, BUT women literally harbor life inside of them. They are one with their child, nourishing them until the day comes when their child enters into the world. On this day women go through unimaginable, excruciating pain, some even lose their lives; but they give life to a beautiful kids who are full of promise and potential to be good...

Bailey Evans
I am in love. And she, is in love with someone else. We are just friends. I don’t know which one of these is worse. She’s got a wall in her room dedicated to boy bands and Polaroids from concerts. She collects movies and Rolling Stones magazines. When you walk into her room, there’s always a distant buzz from her record player and it smells faintly of cinnamon.

Have you ever known someone or had a friend that was in a relationship that you knew just wasn’t going to work out? You could tell by the way your friend would tell you about their problems. But just how is it that we know when a relationship is meant to work out or not? What is it in us that could tell something so obvious but the two people involved are oblivious to it? Is it perspective perhaps? Most would say it is. But let me ask you this: Have you ever been in a relationship where everyone around you knew it wasn’t going to work but you were oblivious to it? It happens. There are some key red flags to look out for when in a relationship with someone. It’s difficult to know what to look out for because all relationships are unique but all relationships that don’t work out have some things in common.

4 Tips and Tricks for Valentine's Day for Your Date!
Valentine's Day is just around the corner! One of the stereotypical things about Valentine's Day is that it is when boyfriends and husbands pull out all the stops and make the night special for their girlfriend or their wife.
