The road accidents can be caused by different factors like human errors, management system or by unfit vehicles. The accidents due to human error have the highest percentage. These human errors could include using of mobile phone during driving, unawareness of traffic rules etc. The main cause of distraction in driving is the use of mobile phone during driving, especially for texting. These effects the performance of driving and causes the increase in accident rates. World Health Organization estimates that 1.2 million people are killed annually and up to 50 million are injured or disabled on the world’s roads.
Texting, checking e-mail, talking, and social media is just like breathing for everyone– many Pakistani especially teens can’t survive more even for few seconds without these. Many companies have done lot of work in inventing new technologies to prevent road accidents and many of them are working greatly. In the time when the social media is so much raised and every second person is using the mobile or social media, we can use the mobile phone to reduce the road accidents.
The main reason for the accidents due to mobile phone is the user could not focus on the road while reading the text messages. Many applications have been introduced to avoid mobile phone usage while driving but the results are not so much better. The people don’t want to miss their message or email as they could be important to them. For this purpose, the one way to reduce the accident chances is to convert the incoming text into voice and replying them through the voice command so that the user can keep his eyes on the road and also could remain up to date through text messages.
Text to speech conversion system is excellent and superlative if you want to hear a document or content of text messages while driving to prevent different kinds of road accidents. There are different techniques and methods to develop such systems. Another problem occurs while developing such system is that people say same word in different manner involving accent difference. For this fixed set of grammar rules are defined in text to speech conversion system.
This method could cause more distraction to user if on every single incoming text message would be converted into voice. Therefore, some of the restrictions should be applied. It should be asked from the user that if he wants to listen to the incoming text message or not. If the user says yes only then the message should be played. The one more problem is that for unimportant messages like promotion messages or social messages the user should not be disturbed for this purpose the concept of block or priority should be introduced. This will allow the user to listen to the only those whom they want to or to whom they are considering important. But sometimes, the important message could arise from the person which is not in the priority list. For this purpose, the message should be analyzed using sentimental analyses or opining mining.
A two-step procedure is use for the extraction from a big data. The first step is data management and the second is analytics. Data management is a process to store and acquire data and to retrieve it for analysis while analytics involves technologies to analyze and obtain intelligence from the big data. The main aim of machine learning is to prepare an algorithm which optimizes the performance of model using prior experience. In machine learning we provide data and result to the computer and it itself conclude a program based on the relation of input and output.
Besides all of this the user could wish that an auto generated text should be send in reply to incoming text while he is driving so that he would not be disturbed. For this purpose, an auto reply should be generated. Now it should be important to filter the message as it is not important to reply to every incoming message then triggering is very helpful to find important emails.
