The answer is simple: because they hurt you in ways you wouldn't expect. Negative emotions towards certain people or events tend to be more extensive when your life is not exactly what you want. In addition, for long periods, they can cause physical distress.

In other words, balancing the positive and the negative, you find that the latter predominates. That is the context that makes you vulnerable to everything outside.

You become more attentive to what others are doing, you focus more on that than on yourself, and you accumulate a series of frustrations that can easily lead to anger and hatred for certain events or to certain people who once existed in your life. Anger is often directed at oneself.

If you have ever felt these feelings, you are probably familiar with the anxiety caused by these emotions. It is the kind of condition that consumes you on the inside and that you would like to get rid of as soon as possible. However, the more you aim, the more it seems to amplify.

Physical suffering does not take long to appear, and all these things can cause you a depressive state from which it will be difficult to get out.

What can you do to regain your peace of mind, health, and joy?

Think about the reasons why you feel this way

Sometimes it can be episodic states, caused by certain punctual events: finding out a news story, a contradictory discussion, etc. In other cases, all these negative emotions are fueled over time, amid losses.

It is often about things or people that we would have wanted in our lives, but no matter what our choice, we no longer exist. In the carousel of emotions that this type of loss can generate for you, everything often ends in anger and hatred.

Given that things cannot be changed, it is best to channel your frustrations into certain activities that will take up as much of your time as possible. It is well known that when you focus on something, it becomes important to you.

Avoid the thoughts that fuel your condition

Now that you know what your condition is, avoid the thoughts that fuel it. If you feel that music or certain music is hurting you, give it up until you recover. Avoid discussions that might remind you of unpleasant things, avoid and eliminate toxic people from your life, if they haven't already eliminated themselves.

Anything that can affect you negatively must be forgotten. It's not an easy thing to do, but no matter how difficult the road may seem, remember that it's the right thing to do.

Don't blame yourself for what you feel

It is perhaps the most difficult thing to do, but you must have patience and compassion for yourself. Your problem is not on the outside but the inside. It is said that nothing that you do not want can affect you. Put yourself first and regain your relationship with yourself.

Remember why you have to go beyond the moment

First of all, because negative emotions overshadow your thinking and you can't make room for positive emotions. We are energy and anything that takes us out of the normal rhythm affects us. In the face of negative emotions, the body is in a state of "fighting or running away."

Against this background, the heart, immune system, digestion, and hormonal balance are affected. In women, these emotions often affect the reproductive organs (uterus and ovaries), and can even lead to infertility. Get off the autopilot that will only lead you to collapse and take control of your life.
