I want to share few pieces here, of my observations and experiences about this underrated word and gesture "SMILE"

Let's begin with the scientific basis on "how" and "why" to execute this activity.. smile!

So here are some personal, yet, conventional remarks on smiling:-

No. 1) It definitely brings out your beauty onto your face.

2) You feel HAPPY.

3) You instantly get a sense of faith. (Tried? works right?)

4)It undoubtedly brings CONFIDENCE.

5) It swells up the mood of individuals around.

here we come to know how smiling is essential for our good hormones to get escalated!

Furthermore, 10 fun facts about smiling i am sure you must have missed out on:-

1) It helps us live longer ( Reduces stress)

2) Elevates mood.

3)It is so contagious.. is it not..?

4)Shoots up Immunity

5)Reduces Pain

6)Surely makes you look attractive.

7)Helps you stay positive as it creates a state of positivity.

8)It is a suggestion of success.

9)Yes it also lowers your blood pressure..

10)Stimulates our facial Muscles and increases blood supply to the face.

As well, yes it is of a question that what exactly brings about these changes as a result of a simple pursuit like smiling?

what happens to the brain when we smile?

It activates and releases certain hormones which we are aware of, play vital role in suspension of 'JOY'

i need not say say how feeling joyful from within is important for us to keep going in life.

we all long to endure joy and peace. .. don't we?

By definition Smiling is a simple act of moving facial muscles which appear to others as happy and amused. Movements of facial muscles have been linked to change the functioning of brain.

A simple smirk also, does not only improve the environment around us, but also the way others perceive us.

One study reported that a single smile generates same amount of dopamine as 2,000 bars of chocolate. The mechanism following smile is the stimulation of tiny molecules called "Neuropeptides". These Neuropeptides help in releasing the stress and promote calmness. Neuropeptides are the chemical messengers between two neurons, which aid in their communication. Neuropeptides basically help in releasing Neurochemicals.

Four positive Neurochemicals are Dopamine, Oxytocin, Serotonin and Endorphin.

DID YOU KNOW???

picture from inside the womb

Developing babies tend to smile even when they are inside the womb.

children smile as many as 400 times a day.

Smiling is such an integral process for babies as it helps them to grow rapidly both physically and mentally.

YES! babies smile randomly, definitely not because they're clueless but they perceive it as a medium of communication between the environment and their loved ones. It is a signal of comfort.

Shouldn't we make people feel comfortable around us ? Isin't it our responsibility as comrades... ? Yes we all are comrades and not competitors or foes. We need to SWITCH the negativity from within, Only then can we make a change on the outside.

Your smile holds the potential to stimulate the brain chemicals of others and can help them feel happy and connected to you.

stay happy guys.. Keep that smile on your faces ..

it is so so magically beautiful to keep one and spread one and eliminate feelings of negativity.. it balances good mental health.

smile and make others smile, you are exceptionally pretty wearing it.

A very important note i intend to share is.. smile from within.. it works wonders to feel it from inside and let it outside!

smile with eyes and the lips follow.. yes it is naturally designed!!

AND, (if you're conscious about one.. then, as a dentist i ought to suggest you you always have an option to visit one and get it fixed accordingly.)

Take care of your Dental health too

love you!

Thank you for staying
