Heart Disease

Life is real. These things are created by living through various actions. Time to time he has to face difficult. It does not mean that everyone will win this test. But the test has a result. If someone makes a mistake, he must be compensated for the mistake. The result of action is hiding in action. But this karma is sacrificial for some, and instructive for others. This is an event that is organized for everyone here.

I had a dear friend like everyone else when I was in university. His name was Shawn. He was very talented student. He used to make everyone feel happy and happy.

We were very close friends. We used to share our good and bad, happiness and sorrow with each other. Whenever we got a chance, we would go for a walk together. Discovering something new was our addiction.

We would go to the park whenever we had time. Next to it was a very big river. In the park, we would sit by the river and discuss various topics. I used to talk about contemporary politics, education policy, health policy etc. Sounds great.

That day was Sunday. We went for a walk in the park as usual with some friends. At the end of the tour, we all sat by the river to bring peace of mind. The time was afternoon.

A gentle breeze was blowing from the river. The waves of the river were crashing at our feet. That's a different feeling! It was as if the waves of the river were trying to catch us in his arms. Looked very good.

Suddenly Shawn began to feel very bad. His hands and feet became numb and cold. Her body began to sweat. He began to feel pain and pressure in her chest. In a muffled voice he begged to be taken to the hospital.

We took him to the hospital before we knew it. We told the doctor about the incident. After listening to us, the doctor gave him first aid and immediately sent him to the laboratory for examination.

There he was first given an ECG. After an echocardiogram, the doctor confirmed that he had had a heart attack. Very bad condition. We all felt very bad. The doctor asked us about his lifestyle.

As far as I know, Shawn used to smoke a lot. He used to drink alcohol. I forbade him to do these things but he did not listen to me. He also had diabetes and high blood pressure. I heard that his grandfather and his father also died of heart attack. His body was also a bit thick. Doesn't seem to work physically. He lived in an industrial area. In my opinion the weather in the area where he lived was not very good, it was polluted. Polluted air can also cause heart attacks.

I saw Shawn's condition very closely that day. When he was in this condition, I noticed some symptoms in his body.

  • Sweating.
  • Palpitations
  • Hands and feet become numb and cold.
  • Feeling of pain in the chest.
  • Can't speak
  • Shortness of breath.
  • The body becomes numb

We took Shawn to the doctor within half an hour without delay when he started having severe breathing problems with chest pain. This made it possible to deal with the initial risk. The doctor was able to dilute Shaon's coronary artery clotting blood with ultrasound. 1 hour of MI is called Golden Hour for the patient. If the patient is not taken to the hospital during this period, he may die.

These symptoms gradually became clear. Gradually the situation started getting worse. The symptoms I observed on her body were very serious.

  • The pain gradually increased from mild pain.
  • I started to feel intense pressure in my chest.
  • The pain spread from chest to left, left hand, left arm, left ring finger.
  • Occasionally he began to feel pain in his right shoulder.
  • Sometimes I was moaning in pain on my stomach.
  • It was as if his breathing had stopped.
  • He even fainted once.
  • After several days, the hands and feet become swollen.

Shawn's uncontrolled lifestyle has left him in such a predicament today. The doctor told us that if one wants to be healthy, especially the heart, he must follow certain rules.

  • Exercise regularly and walk at least 150 hours a week.
  • Don't smoke, don't drink alcohol.
  • Don't eat sugary foods.
  • Keeping diabetes under control
  • Don't eat cholesterol rich foods. Such as: not eating a lot of beef and mutton, fat, egg yolks, liver, mugs to strictly control the nutritional value.
  • Controlling body weight.
  • Controlling blood fats.
  • Controlling hypertension.
  • Perform regular heart checks.

The doctor advised eating. He said that of course there are some rules that everyone has to follow when it comes to food. He said,

  • Fat foods should not be eaten.
  • High calorie foods should be avoided.
  • Fast food and junk food should not be eaten.
  • Preservative or chemical foods should be avoided.
  • Foods that are not affected by fat should be eaten.
  • In case of cooking, it should be cooked with olive, sunflower and corn oil.

Shawn was hospitalized for a long time. His condition worsened day by day. And after talking to the doctor, I found out that he may not live long. But as long as he lives, he must abide by the rules. The last time I left the hospital, I had tears in my eyes. I thought I would never see Shawn again.

Our Honors final exams were not long in coming. I tried to study with my mind. Eventually I went abroad for higher education with a scholarship with honors exams. Meanwhile, Shawn has also returned home from the hospital. I came abroad to shape my career. But Shawn, who could one day get a higher degree like me, is fighting life and death instead of getting a degree. This fight is his alone. There is no one to help him.

The last time I met him he said it might be my last meeting with you. I couldn't hold myself back. I hugged him, crying. I knew in that look that Shawn was speaking from the depths of his heart. That is the truth. I will never see him again. The farewell scene is still a memorable event for me. Every event of happiness in everyone's life becomes a memorable event of his life. And for me it was quite the opposite.

Anyway I am struggling to build my bright future. My education, the reality has introduced me to another world. On the other hand, Shawn's acquaintance is his death. The god of death is waiting to snatch his inner soul. I think Shawn's face hurts again and again, and I'm waiting for some bad news. That day I was walking restlessly in my study. At that moment, my phone on the bed rang. The other day I would not pick up the phone out of curiosity. But as soon as I received the phone quickly today, the news of the death of one of my friends Shawn gave me a gift.

Hearing the news, I became silent for a while. I understood what to do. But I had the mentality to accept the infallible truth. I slowly tried to be normal. I consoled myself by saying that the taste of death must be accepted by all, with no exception. Shawn is not among us but his actions will always be with me. He has taught us through life how to stay healthy!

An untimely death, the departure of a Shawn -----
