I have spent the better part of my life, thus far, helping to take care of people, I do this because it is something that gives me a great sense of peace and a very rewarding feeling, when I see someone who has been suffering through their own trials, to get back on their feet, after having made it through the trials which they may have been facing, inspires happiness and a sense of pride for that individual.
At the age of 24 I met my late wife, with whom I loved very much. When my wife and I first met, she told me out right, that she was a very ill, and that I shouldn't fall in love with her, this statement alone, made me love her even more, and by the time she told me this, I had already fallen in love with her. My wife suffered from a wide variety of illnesses, both physical and mental, which made her life incredibly challenging.
I was my wifes caregiver for 11 years, and while this was not an easy time, for either one of us, it was time that I got to have with someone who was and will always be extremely dear to me, who inspired me to be better, and want to do better, in every way. I was young when her and I met, and had not had a whole lot of experience in the world, up to that point. My job was to make sure she was ok, and while I did the best I could, i still feel as though I fell short of being able to truly help her from the ailments from which she suffered.
I never had the opportunity to truly pursue my passions in regards to my professional or personal life, due to the fact that my time was directed and concentrated on my wife's well being, and state of health. Since she passed away, I have been pursuing my professional life goals, and have been doing an exponentially significant amount of work on myself, both internally and externally. I have enrolled in a course to become a certified personal trainer, which is one of my passions, but I am also finding that my true passion lies in the area of nutrition science, and the reason for this, is that I have experienced a complete turn around in my own life, since truly taking my health into my own hands.
I used to suffer from severe back pain, but since beginning a rigorous exercise routine, and maintaining consistency in this area, I have nearly eradicated any pain associated with my back, and I also follow a very Nutrional, and in some ways excessive routine of supplementation, using natural methods of increasing my immune response, and my bodies ability to fight of foreign invasive bacteria. I have found that utilizing these things which are completely natural, creates a degree of homeostasis, which I have never known before.
I have been training my body and my mind since 2019, shortly after losing my wife, to help me to not only heal from the pain that I experienced when she lost her life, but also develop healthy coping mechanisms, that enable me to deal with the challenges which this life can present at any given time. I run on average at least 12 miles every morning before work, and then I lift weights every evening after work, which helps me to stay in a state of mental and physical harmony.
I am well aware of the difficulty that lies within trying to stay positive in a world where corruption and negativity are highly prevalent, one thing that I do to maintain my positivity, is practicing mindfulness, and meditation in motion, as well as staying in tune, with my mental and physical states, as to be able to mitigate any potential changes that can occur, which may have detrimental side effects on my overall well being.
Considering that the world in which we live, is in constant motion, and is ever changing at an increasingly accelerated pace, we must learn to truly adapt to environments which are seemingly in a state of constant flux.
Adapting to a constantly changing environment is something that is necessary but so too, is taking the time to enjoy the life we are living, meaning that we maintain a perception of consistent presence throughout the day, so that we can adapt in a way, that does not inspire fear, due to the fact that change nearly always will generate a degree of fear to arise, learning to take steps, that will assist in mitigating this from occurring is of the utmost importance, in my opinion.
Fear is something that has a basic purpose, and that purpose is survival, but it is also something that can truly hold you back from being able to achieve that which we may wish to.
Don't allow fear to hold you back from living the life you want, and don't give in when things seem as though they are getting more difficult, if you press on, and maintain a positive outlook, it makes life much easier to navigate.
