Everyone is looking for quick results and they want them right away. It just doesn’t work that way. Don’t lose faith just because it takes longer than you thought it would. Everything comes to those who wait. Go forward in faith.
In general, a person can lose around 1 to 2 pounds of fat per week. You may lose more weight at first if you’re just starting out, but over time your results will wear off and you will likely gain between 1 and 2 pounds per week. What if you weigh more than 40 pounds? You are looking for a period of 30–40 weeks to reach your ideal weight.
That means about 8 to 9 months! Most people assume that in about 3 weeks they will lose all of their excess weight. If no result is achieved, they lose hope and give up. They never give it enough time.

Few people do this without realizing how destructive the effects are. If you choose to exercise three times a week, you must keep that promise. If you want to create everyday content for your online business, you must adhere to this program.

You want to move forward step by step. With time you will be amazed at how everything fits together.
