We live in a time where we need two full-time jobs. As well as probably like 3 roommates.

The cost of living has gotten out of control. Where minimum wage is now the minimum employers are legally allowed to pay. It used to be that minimum wage was the minimum you needed to pay for basic human needs. Such as: housing, food, and travel expenses to and from work. Leaving enough money left over at the end of the month for savings and entertainment.

How do we get back to enjoying life like we are supposed to? People aren't meant to be worked to the bone. There is no life if you are working to live. The world is your playground. How are you going to take advantage of its beauty if you are cooped up in the office?

We could probably come up with a cheat code that would only need one, maybe, full-time job.

There are a few ideas and cheat codes to not only stay afloat but to get ahead.

1. Side hustle: I like to call that hobbies. Hobbies that essentially pay for themselves. This can also be passive income. Something that you can pull in money on its own.

2. Passive income: something that you can do and watch it grow. Investments, savings. Accounts that can even grow if you put little money in. Writing is another good source of passive income. Writing a piece, posting it, and it may take time, but it eventually earns views and earns money. You can do the same with art. Having a print version of your work, so the buyer can download the art to their printer.

3. Be cheap: It's fine to buy the no-name brand of things anything to save a few dollars. People tend to spend a little too much on groceries. Just for it to go bad and be wasted a week later. We have fallen for the consumer trap. Where we buy, buy, buy, and for what? What happened to the time we made things from scratch? Cook once or twice a week, and the dish lasts three to five days.

How else do you think the rich stay rich? Some of them got lucky in getting rich. Some of the lucky ones followed some of these cheat codes, and now they are sitting pretty. Why can't we all sit pretty? Could you imagine what life could look like if you had the cheat codes to unlock your prison cell of a life and not have to worry about finances?

The people who say money isn't everything don't have to worry about money. But they are right, money isn't everything. Unfortunately, money does make the world go round. Somewhere down the line people became greedy and the barginning system became money. With each passing time, things became out of hand and simple basic human needs became obnoxiously expensive.

We live in a society where we don't have the time to grow our own produce and make our own clothes. If we had the time to grow a garden, sew our own clothes, make our own furiniture then society wouldn't gain the money you give to have convenience.

When it comes down to it, we work ourselves to the bone to pay for convenience. You can't enojy convenience if you can't enjoy it. This is where we come full circle. Breaking the circle starts with you. Only you can break this awful circle you call life. Want to know how to break the circle?
