Do you believe in Santa Claus? Of course you know the answer. But there was a time when we all believed in Santa Claus and Tooth fairy. Now we know there are no such things. Those fake things made us really happy and exciting. Can you think of anything now, after we came to this reality, that made us that existing, which will make you genuinely happy, not the promotion at work or a particular dress or jewellery. You will be happy for that at that moment, but are you truly happy? Days after promotion, you will be aiming for the next position and the dress they you see everyday or when everyone knows that you own it , it no longer bring the happiness which you had when you got it, you will go for something better. So when was the last time you were really happy , not because of something or someone, but because of you.
Humans are designed to be sad. For some reason people like to tell that they are depressed, when the are really not. Doing so make them depressed for real. This sadness come to people not because they are really sad but because they told themselves they are sad. The mind or brain really don’t know what is real. They accept whatever is told to them. If you say you are sad, the mind accepts that. If it can do that, it can do the same when it is said to be happy.Shifting your perspective is the simplest way to be happy. By choosing how to shape your perspective, you can change your reality. It doesn’t mean that problems get solved all of the sudden, but the way you see your problem changes and this changes the way you look your life. It’s about what you focus on and what you choose to see. The way you feel and see your life changes.
Be grateful.
Be grateful to everyone and everything you have. Literally everything. People think there is nothing to be grateful for in there life or nothing is happening to them as they wanted.

Do you have parents or have they cared about you while you were young? Think where you would be now without them.
You have clean air to breath, food to eat, clean water, you have a shelter protecting you from sun , rain etc.
You have legs, hands, eyes and everything that works perfectly.
You are really healthy.
You are loved. There are people around you, you are never alone even if you feel so.
All these are not available to everyone. There are millions wishing they had this at least once in there lifetime. There are hundreds of reason to be grateful for. Just thinking of three things you are grateful for daily changes your brain. For everyday for the next 30 days write 10 things you are grateful for and why you are grateful for that. You will fell really different.
Instead of focusing on what you lack, focus on what you have.
It will be hard, but try quitting social media for 2 or 3 months. We compare ourselves with others and feel we don’t have certain things they have or our life is so boring. Focus on what you have. Ther will be a million things you don’t have. While we are constantly thinking of what we don’t have, we are forgetting what we already have. We are fully putting all our energy to something we don’t have insted of enjoying what we already have.Change your mind and thoughts from what is wrong In your life to what is right. What are the good things happening to you. You can’t have everything in the world. No one can. And no one is perfect. So enjoy what you have. Something that you have might be something others are wishing for a lifetime. Being grateful for what you have is the best and simplest way of bringing abundance. Find something beautiful everyday. The end of all of us is death. There is no age by which death can happen. People often forget that. You can be dead in a year, a month, a week or the next second. People quit there job and go for traveling once the know they are diagnosed with cancer. For what were they waiting for all there years. Why didn’t they go earlier. Most important question is whether the would go if they were healthy. We are being so serious with life and future, in this journey somewhere we forgot that the purpose of life is not to live , but live happily. Enjoy everything, the work you do, the food you eat, the music you listen to , everything. Find happiness in everything, find something beautiful everyday, life will be lot better. We all know these things from the beginning, but somewhere along the way we forgot all of these. Life is simple, not easy.
