Aries in Love

Welcome to astrology on the topic of love. In this article, I will be talking about the most common factors of the Aries sign and how they deal with love. Small disclaimer, Astrology is an intricate and complicated subject that should be taken lightly and with an open mind. These factors are simply a means of fun and not meant to be taken righteously serious. I will go over some of my experiences with this sign including the struggle they deal with in their love lives. Of course they will remain anonymous. Let's get started on these passionate Rams.

Honesty

Aries are complicated yet passionate lovers. They know what needs to be done and know what they want out of any relationship. They have an honest personality and may be seen by others as a burden rather than something to be admired. All the Aries in my life are extremely different from one another but one thing they have in common is their honesty. They are not afraid to voice their opinion whether or not I ask for it. In some situations, many people appreciate this gesture, but to others they don't need the brutal truth, rather than just small words of advice. When an Aries finds something to engage in romantic relations, they need something simplified in all circumstances. For example, they love honesty, facts, reciprocation, and simple negotiations. If you tell them you love them, they will tell you the same. If you do a favor for them, you can expect them to return a similar favor. If you start to ignore them, however, they can feel like their horns are being tampered with. Aries individuals can sometimes stumble into their insecurities about their relationship usually only when something seems to be wrong with their current partner. For some, they think about what could be going through their lover's head. Others might think about what it is about themselves that their lovers are not invested in. A couple of my Ram friends have the same view point about relationships. They think about what they did wrong at first then start to brainstorm into what it is that their partners are lacking. Some Aries might think that their partners are insecure about themselves and have no way of opening up to them; meanwhile, the other group of Aries might feel that they are being played and would want to extort this negativity into something more positive like their hobbies. In short, "ghosting" an Aries leaves them feeling used and stuck. These Rams do not like the stagnant nature and usually want to keep a steady pace. If a relationship is going to slow them down they might feel upset but will come to terms and will eventually end the issue and move on.

A Fiery Sensation

When all goes accordingly, Aries can feel like they are on top of the world. Easily, however, they can feel like a king or a queen but they can feel blue and at times feel very depressed. They enjoy the success of life, but for some Aries, love can be very complex. As previously stated, they are passionate people; they need someone that needs them. It might sound rhetorical, but if you have an ego that's as large as an Aries' then you would want someone that can build upon your flame. As a fire sign, other fire signs work well with Aries—they build upon their burning and compassionate nature. Leos and Sagittarius' have similar interests as they love to be loved and to give love back. This works really well but there needs to be some common ground. Depending on the kind of person you are, you want to make sure that if you are dating an Aries when you are a fire sign there has to be a mutual agreement between both teams. Leos are naturally in the lime light and they love the attention. Sagittarius are more eccentric and are the life of the party. Aries are loud and know how to have a good time. All seems good, right? But it's the competitiveness and cooperation that fire signs need to work on. One of my friends is a true Aries at heart; he needs to be the center of attention and can lose his cool when people start to ignore him. But most of us in the friend group have realized this, so we cater to his needs by allowing him to be exuberant in his opinions so that we all have a great time. There was one time, however, where he got into an altercation with another friend; she was also an Aries. he flat out mentioned that he was an attention hog and that he can't go to parties without everything being about him. To rebut her argument, he stated that she was always bringing the attention to her. It was a pretty intense argument that ended up being settled a couple days later. Both of these fiery Rams had a lot to say and most Aries need to let out their thoughts. This is where the insecurity part kicks in. More likely than not, Aries are happy people, they do what they do and move on. But for some, they might actually consider if their contributions can be too much. "Was I going too far?" "Did I say the right thing?" "I was too intense for this person." They have a sense of doubt. Fire signs in love can be wonderful but it can lead to a drift between themselves and their loved ones.

Cooling Down

Aries are lovable humans. They go for what they believe in and know how to put themselves first. Fire with fire makes more fire! But once in a while they need to cool down and take a moment to realize what they have accomplished. Water may dampen fire and that's what some of them need. Pisces lovers know how to show their affection and Aries can learn from that. Cancer can get a long with Aries as well as they love the home bodied life. The only problem that water signs and fire signs might have is the consistency of the direction their life is heading. Like I said, water dampens fire. It's okay to relax and cool off once in a while but Aries usually need to feel like they've accomplished something for them to reflect on. So as long as you have the same desire and passion to tackle difficult obstacles together, then a relationship with an Aries can really set you apart from other couples. A great friend of mine went out with a cancer, and they seemed to be on top of the world together! He was very relaxed and let her do her thing and he had faith and trust in her. Things started to escalate quickly. He started to ignore her, then (as many Aries would) she started to second guess the relationship. "Why is he ignoring me?" "Did I say or do something wrong?" They were simply drifting apart. She had a work meeting to attend, he was dealing with family issues, and she didn't have time to talk. It seemed inevitable that things might start to break away. She ended up making the decision of breaking it up. I'm glad she did! They were both walking at a different pace. Not saying a Cancer and an Aries can't work it out, you just need to find common ground. Oh, and don't ignore those Aries; they are sensitive too! After that, she looks great and is doing well for herself! She needed to calm down from her normal fast self and take some time to relax and enjoy smaller things in life and she was able to do that with him. And to the Aries out there, take some time and find someone that can match up with your goals but can take it down a notch to spoil you with a movie and dinner. If they can cook, keep them.

A Flame Kindled Forever

To summarize Aries in love, they love to be passionate about their partner so long as they are returning the same amount of love. They value honesty, truth, and reliability. At times, they have no filter and will break down anyone's wall if you start to challenge them. Realize their strengths and build upon them; however, it is okay to sit back and relax for a while, but try not to hamper on more than what they can handle. They are delicate creatures when they want to be. They may be a lot to handle but they will care for you endlessly and will love you until the end. There's nothing like having an Aries for a lover and a friend.
