3 ways to know he really loves you

It is easy to say I love you. Sometimes it’s easier to show I love you. But once, all said and done, when the honeymoon is over, when the first night is gone, when the first child is born, when the first anniversary is missed, how can we tell it is just a human evolution of a relationship, or all love is lost.

Human beings while complex, many a times reflect certain behavior and habits that if watched can give away the secrets. Same way, you can know, if your man really loves you. You don’t have to ask, he don’t need to say, just look for these 3, and you will see the truth for yourself.

He listens, not just words.

Everybody can hear what you say, but there are few who will listen. Listening is not just about words coming out of your mouth and going through his ears. It also means, he can also listen what you don’t say out loud in words but reflect through your body language or expressions. You may say, you are happy, but does he listen to your tone and can tell the difference?

When he asks you, what are we having for dinner tonight, and you say, I don’t know whatever works for you, not in a mood to cook tonight. Does he just say, okay let me order something, or he also comes and asks about is everything okay.

Is he listening, and then trying to do something about it?

Stands beside you no matter what.

This is a tough one, but this is probably one of the most important one. We all go through lots of different situations and problems in life, and while doing so we take decisions. Our decisions talk about us a lot. The decisions, right or wrong, are decisions and once taken, many of those is hard to rollback.

Now, when you are alone, you might have taken some decisions. And then later in life, once you are with him, it’s possible you took some decisions after discussing with him.

The results of those decisions may vary, but the important part is he always standing beside you no matter what. It’s very easy to be there when everything is going well. But when you are going through a rough patch, does he stick around for you.

When life throws lemons at you, is he there to make lemonade with you?

Accept who we are. Respect who we want to be.

We talked about listening and standing beside us, no matter what. And now what? He might be listening to you and trying to help you as much as he can. He is probably always right there beside you when something goes bad on you. But, once things are solved, does he start complaining about it, and tries to fix you? Does he think the part of the problem is you, and you need to change yourself, you need to change the very meaning of yourself just so because, that one project didn’t work out.

No sir. Thank you for listening. We appreciate for being there by our side. But that doesn’t give you the right to change me. If you love me, you accept me the way I am.

When he truly loves you, he will accept you right the way you are. Of course, occasionally he may ask you to brush your teeth or tie your hair, but we are not talking about these trivial matters.

We are talking about the serious ones, and you know what serious and what matters to you is. And if he loves you, if he is listening to you, he will know that too. He will accept that and respect you for what you are or going to be.

There may be thousand ways and tricks to find out if he loves you, but if you are really trying this hard to find out, it’s probably best to take a good step back and find out why you are at this situation in the first place.
