Sooner or later, in each of our lives, there comes a time when we come to ask ourselves, “Who am I? What do I want? What is my role? Who do I want to be? ” Here are some tips for better self-knowledge.

The need for self-knowledge arises when you realize that you are tired of "wandering" through your life and carving out your present and future by repeating the same past.

When does self-knowledge begin?

True self-knowledge comes when you are willing to make peace with yourself.

You will have to accept your past, for better or for worse, and write new chapters in your life, beginning to turn your dreams into reality.

This means being more anchored in the present and enjoying every moment of your life.

Do you have a challenge in front of you and your first thought is: "I will not succeed ... I do not have the necessary qualities"? You are the right man for the right article. The limits you see are created only by your mind. How do you fight with your mind and how do you build your self-confidence?

1. Get to know each other!

Before you start fighting, you must know your enemy very well. To change your negative image of yourself means to fight with yourself. Nothing more difficult, but not impossible. Start self-analysis: create a diary in which to write down your thoughts, fears.

Focus on the core: Are you getting angry fast? For what reasons? Do you have sentimental failures? What were the main common qualities of the former partners? Why do you appreciate those qualities?

2. Be prepared!

You have to present a product that you know nothing about in front of some customers. It is difficult to be confident in your strengths if you do not have the necessary knowledge.

Without prior training, you will not be able to build your self-confidence, develop it and eventually become a true master in the field you want to master to perfection.

3. Focus on solutions

In a critical situation, do you always focus on problems? Nothing wrong! Are you complaining that you don't look like a model? You must always think "What is the solution?": Exercise, balanced meals, rest.

Can't you motivate yourself? What's the solution? You got the idea, always the solution, never stop at the obstacle in front of you.

4. Kindness and generosity

Be kind to those around you. It helps if it stays in your power. You will feel very good and you will realize that you are a good person. And yes, you guessed it, this works wonders for increasing self-confidence.

5. He rarely speaks

Did it happen to you to give an extremely fast speech and in the end, no one would understand anything you said to them? A common mistake: many rushes to present their speech to get rid of the chore more easily. Why be a futile effort? The speech should be given anyway, why not make it remarkable? Do not rush when expressing your ideas, but speak rarely and clearly.

6. Smile

It is not enough to speak rarely and coherently. Smile! You will immediately see positive results. On the one hand, others will perceive you as an optimistic and self-confident person. On the other hand, smiling, trick your brain into relaxing.

7. Know your principles and respect them

If you do not have principles to guide your existence, you will feel (if it does not already happen) that your actions and your life have no meaning. Sure, you have certain principles of life, but you haven't given them enough importance.

Think about them and aim to respect them. A man with a spine is a self-confident man.

8. Set and achieve a small goal

Avoid choosing a grandiose goal, because when you fail to achieve it, you feel discouraged. Choose instead to get something achievable. You will see how good you feel when you reach your goal, how small it may be.

9. Avoid postponing decisions indefinitely

You often do it out of laziness or because you are afraid. Postpone going out to a first meeting, postpone a plenary session, postpone the expression of your ideas, postpone your life. It's time to stop.
