That Dark Night Of Call Center

This is the story of Neha, who lives in a girls hostel and joins a call center job as soon as her college is over. Neha is very excited about her new job. It is Neha's first day of work and she gets ready and reaches the call center well in advance. Where her team leader explains the work process to her. Neha was a very bright student in college, so she did not have much difficulty in understanding the work and she starts attending client calls from the very first day. Neha's way of talking is so good that she generates many orders on the very first day. Seeing this, Neha's team leader is very happy and encourages her for her work in front of everyone. Neha becomes happy and after many days, Neha also starts liking this work. Neha starts loving her work so much that many times she does not even know her timing. Many days go on like this. One day Neha's team leader asks her to do the night shift. But Neha refuses to work at night. Actually there is a shortage of staff working at night in the call center. Due to which Neha is approached. Due to work pressure Neha says yes and the next night at 8 o'clock Neha reaches the call center. As soon as Neha puts on her headphones...

But she ignores this call, she thinks that this must be someone's prank and after finishing her night shift, she reaches her hostel in the morning. In the hostel, Neha is watching TV while eating. Then she gets the news that her team leader has died in a car accident and on seeing this, Neha leaves her food and runs to her call center. There she comes to know that her team leader was going to his home after finishing his night shift and on the way he had an accident with a truck and he died. But Neha was more worried because the call that came at night had the same message that in the morning your team leader will die in a car accident and that call had turned into reality. Due to which Neha was very upset. She wanted to tell this to everyone, but she knows very well that no one will believe her. Neha wants to find out who made that call, so she goes to her administration and finds out the call details. But at the time when Neha received the call. There is no record of that time. This means that Neha did not receive any client call at that time. Neha was not able to believe that her team leader died because of that call and she returns to her hostel in a disturbed state. After facing trouble the whole day, she gets ready for her night shift and reaches the call center. Here her colleagues are already working and a new person is appointed in place of the team leader. As soon as Neha reaches there, she introduces herself to the new team leader and then starts attending client calls. Soon it is 12 o'clock at night and then she gets another call of the same kind and is told that at 2 o'clock tonight the server room of the call center will catch fire, due to which all the client data of the call center will be destroyed and the company will suffer a lot. But this time Neha does not take this matter lightly and goes and tells everything to her new team leader and he also trusts Neha and tests the server room. But there is no technical fault and he tells Neha, "Everything is fine here, there is no question of any accident. You must have received a fake call. You should get back to work. Don't pay attention to all these things, spam calls are common in call centres" and Neha gets back to attending the calls. After some time, as it is 2 o'clock, there is a small explosion in the server room and all the people working there run there and within no time, the whole room catches fire.

The team leader asks everyone to extinguish the fire. Then everyone succeeds in extinguishing the fire with the water container kept there. But the server room had been burnt to ashes and now no backup could be done there. Meaning the call that came was proved to be completely true and only Neha and her team leader knew this. Neha's team leader calls her to his chamber and asks Neha, "Since when have you been getting such calls?" Neha says, "The first call came at 12 o'clock in the night from the day my work shift changed. But I did not give much importance to it and when the thing told in that call came true, I came to you as soon as the second call came and this incident also came true." The team leader makes a plan with Neha and both of them get ready for the call at 12 o'clock the next night. In which both connect different headphones to listen to the same call. Then at 12 o'clock a call comes and Neha receives the call and also signals her team leader so that he can also hear what is being said in the call and both of them put on headphones. A voice comes in Neha's headphones that today the watchman of the call center will die due to electric shock and then Neha removes the headphones out of fear and runs to the team leader's chamber and says, "Sir, did you hear, today the watchman of our call center is going to die" but the surprising thing is that the team leader did not hear any voice and according to him Neha also did not receive any call because no call was being confirmed in the tracking device. But the team leader started believing Neha and so he believes Neha and then he calls the security staff of the call center and he comes to know that there is a very old employee who did not come to duty today. Maybe he is not well. The team leader orders the visiting security personnel to stay away from the electronic setup tonight only, so that no one gets killed by electric shock.

The whole night passes. Neha regains her senses and tells the team leader, “Sir, we saved our security guards” but then the team leader gets a message on his mobile. Tonight, the security guard who had taken leave died due to electric shock. The team leader gets worried and tells Neha, “We have to know the reason behind these murders because these incidents are happening continuously in our call center and why are you the only one getting information about it?” Then both of them try to know the history of the call center and contact the old employees. They find an old female employee who was working there about 12 years ago. But she was ill-treated by some male employees, so she had to leave her job out of helplessness and her friend whose name was also “Neha” had been treated very badly. Due to the shock, she hanged herself in the same call center and the call center was closed for some time. Neha's team leader now starts understanding everything and realizes that the same girl is contacting Neha because she was looking for herself in Neha. Neha gets scared after knowing this and decides to quit her job. But the team leader tries to convince her and says, "You are the only one who can contact her and if you go away then these incidents will keep happening and we will not even know about it. Just think how many innocent people can lose their lives" and after hearing this Neha decides that she will find out how these incidents can be stopped and both of them go to a person who knew how to contact ghosts scientifically.

After going there, they learn from that person that until her revenge is not satiated, she will keep killing like this. But if we are able to disconnect her soul from the call center, then the incidents can be stopped. But for this Neha's life could be in danger, because at that time Neha will have to stay alone in the call center and as soon as she contacts Neha, this person will force her to come inside Neha's body and keeping her inside Neha's body, he will take her out of the call center and free her in some other place. For which any old object related to her can become the medium and after gathering more information they come to know that the headphone which Neha used, was used by the same girl. But this work had to be done secretly, because there was a risk of failure due to the presence of people there. The team leader gives leave to all the staff and the three together reach the call center to execute the plan. At 12 o'clock at night, the call comes as usual and according to the plan, the scientists enter the soul in Neha's body through a technical procedure and Neha starts behaving very strangely. It becomes difficult for her to control herself, then both of them tie Neha with a rope and take her to the car and at a deserted place, a religious place, they do the technical procedure to free her.

After a few hours, Neha regains consciousness. The team leader is very happy to see this, because they had done such a big job by taking a risk and saved many innocent people from dying. This incident shook Neha, so she quits her job and goes back to her village. After this incident, the night shift in the call center is stopped for a few days. A few days had passed after this incident, when suddenly at 12 o'clock again a call comes to the call center, even though the whole system had been shut down. But the phone keeps ringing and the story ends.
