Hotel Cecil Portal to Hell
Netflix has just released the documentary on the Elisa Lam story. Now, I remember when this first went viral. I was among the many that was intrigued and instantly felt that this was not a simple missing case story. There was absolute demonic possession involved in my opinion. To summarize the story, and I do suggest you watch it on Netflix because it relays lots of plot twists and things that were not known when this first happened back in 2013.

Black Book of Death
Yasmine Mitchell was not superstitious. She didn’t believe in much besides her will to live and her strength to overcome everything she had been through. See, there’s this story about Yasmine. I will take it from the top so you can better understand her and where her curiosity begins and her tactful niche for detecting bad vibes ends with The Little Black Book.

Stronger, Smarter, Wealthier
Woke up in a bathroom stall again. Every day is the same. My so-called “friends” were the top-ranking students in schools, and I was always below them. They will take me to the bathroom after lunch and use me as a punching bag for their “entertainment” and relief their stress from studying. During the rain, it gets worse because they are not able to go outside.

A Haunting in Torrington, Connecticut
Why are there so many reported hauntings in this tiny state? I once heard a narrator on a paranormal show speculate that it's because there are at least three times more people dead than alive in Connecticut. In my hometown, most everyone has at least one ghost story and some have even made it to the big screen.

Just the start
With my hands shaking I drop the item in my left hand, the right hand still bruised and broken from her snapping my wrist back. I see her look down at the wound as her eyes change from a deathly black to the hazel brown they once were, my eyes start to tear up as I see the blood pump out like a never-ending river. She buckles, I try and catch her before she falls, but I’m caught off guard when someone grabs my hair and throws me to the back wall, my head bounces off and my eyes feel heavy as I fall to the ground in a sitting position. Before my eyes close, I see her there, whispering something at me before her eyes flutter and her soul drifts away. I can feel my heart break into a million pieces, I know she is gone, I can see her standing above me as my eyes close and the pain drifts away.

Hunter's Moon
Tobias Smith emerged from the inky depths of the root cellar tunnel, kicked the trap door shut and ran as swiftly as his six-year-old legs could carry him for the safety of the forest. In the distance, he could hear the hoots and screams of the savages as they finished destroying his home. Heart pounding furiously, he scrambled up the small embankment, his small, bare feet slipping precariously on the rocks and loose slate. Tears left trails through the grime on his cheeks, his thick, dark lashes clumping in spikes. Only when he was within the safety of the trees did he chance looking back. Flames licked high above the willows as the front of his house was ablaze. The bodies of his father and big sister, Sarah, lay bloody and mutilated on the front porch, scalps torn free from their heads to hang on the waists of two of three Mohawk warriors. Toby thought of his mother shoving him down the steps of the tunnel his father had dug for emergencies just like this.

Non-Player
He woke up in a dimly lit room. He could hear people speaking before he opened his eyes, and when he did he saw four other people in the room: two men and two women. All were wearing the same grey clothing. Uniforms, maybe. Looking down at himself he noticed he, too, was similarly attired.

The Necromancer
The day was like any other day. A chill in the fall air. The Sun shining through the clouds as if optimistically providing a metaphorical glimmer of hope for the future. The future is something that Jack Martin has been thinking about a lot. How can he forget the past enough to live in the moment, so that he can forge a new future. Not one that hinges on his self inflicted condemnation from his past memories. The haunting presence of a chain around the neck and the vivid memories of realizing you are not who you claim to be. An imposter. A mockery of morality in plain sight but no one is the wiser.
