supernatural
The hidden world of all things supernatural; a look inside witchcraft, spells, vexes, black magic and other spine-tingling supernatural phenomena.
Berserker
They came in the night and stole them from their beds. Swords were pressed against their throats. Hands covered their mouths, to suppress their screams. Shackles were clamped around their wrists. Wide-eyed and frightened, women and children were forced from their homes and shoved into wagons. Barred and locked - there would be no escape.

Give Incantation A Try
When it comes to Incantation I’m very biased. I loved the story, the background, and the way the film was shot. Therefore, I can only say positive things about this film. Incantation is a lot to experience but hopefully this breakdown and review will convince you to at least give it a try. Incantation is a Taiwanese found footage supernatural horror film. Yes, that is another reason why I’m so biased…Put found footage and supernatural in the same sentence/description and I’m in. This film is written, directed, and produced by Kevin Ko. Who also directed Invitation Only, A Choo, and Doomsday Reverse just to name a few. The cast of incantation includes Tsai Hsuan-yen, Huang Sin-ting, Kao Ying-hsuan, and Sean Lin.

The Gray of Sunset
It happened when I was on my way home from the flea market across state lines. I sell things I make out of junk mostly. The term is Trash Sculptures in the community I belong to, but I never liked that term. Some may call them junk but to me, their treasures. I make all kinds of things from stuff I find at the dump. People, vehicles, animals, whatever catches my eye. They sell pretty good, but not in my home state. I usually end up driving to Sadies Flea Market, one of these huge sprawling outdoor markets in Alabama, to sell my wares. The people there love them, and today was the first time in a while I've come back with anything.

Dark Shadows: The House of Despair Review
Back in 2006, Big Finish decided to revive another long-running cult property with the same broad appeal as Doctor Who. This time, however, it wasn't to be a British institution that was revived: rather, it was ABC's American daytime soap opera Dark Shadows. Broadcast between 1966 and 1971, this series featured the usual mix of soap elements: family dramas, affairs, murders... only this one also included vampires, werewolves, time travel and the supernatural as well. It was phenomenally successful, and, as such, felt like a natural property for Big Finish to tackle. However, with a large number of the original cast no longer with us, it meant that producer and writer of this story Stuart Manning would have an interesting challenge in order to make the series work. In order to get around this, it was decided to only feature a small handful of the cast from the series, in contained, hour-long stories, and "The House of Despair" was the first of these. It's an ok start to Big Finish's Dark Shadows range, but it doesn't quite sell the series to new listeners quite as much as it needs to, and it doesn't quite fulfil the potential I know this series can reach on audio.

Genre Survey: Southern Gothic
From the muddy brown waters of the Mississippi to the coal black mines in Appalachia, the American South has long had its share of stories best told in the dark. These tales of violence, racial tensions, religious extremism and supernatural horror are often smothered in a humid blanket of delirium and reality-bending nightmarish elements that have haunted the American South for over a century. The artistic genre of Southern Gothic combines these macabre and horror elements along with the evolution of the history and character of the region to create many classic works of literature, art, and music, as well as widely popular movies and television.

My horror stories Part II
Albany Street As a continuation on my previous story, a lot happened in my town were I grew up. When my parent's told my brother and I that we will have a new brother, I felt excited because I will have a baby brother. I was 7yrs old when I learn that my mother was pregnant. In our home we have like 9 dogs at that time and cats. Since it was a company property, dogs are placed in almost every part of the property to avoid keep us safe from people who wants to get some machine parts to sell on junkshop.

The Dark Secrets of the Most Haunted Place in India
The Most Haunted Place in India Whenever we talk about haunted places, ghost sightings, or even supernatural stuff that cannot be explained satisfactorily, a modified interpretation of Pareto’s principle can be applied.
