Sympathy For the Devil
I always had too much sympathy, and unfortunately, I think I always will. people have told me that it's a weakness, that I'm too kind. That may be true, but it also may be what saved my life. I met Frank on accident, and why he didn't take my life is beyond me.

Mayna and the Monster
1 Week Earlier… Lucas Waylon seethed, sweat dripping from his pale and bony, naked torso. The heat lamp in the corner of the room was really only doing half the work of warming him, the other half was pure rage. The reddish-orange light of the heat lamp cast the space in a moody ruin of dank crimson, while the beat up Windows laptop on Lucas’ desk bathed him in a sickish bluish-green pall.

Porthole Problem
Eugene carefully severed Gary’s foot with a kitchen knife by the dim light of his bedside lamp. Eugene felt sick. Gary had been a horrible bunkmate. He smelled bad, he chewed loudly with his mouth open, and he left hair all over the sink. But the worst part was the snoring. Gary snored like a grizzly bear. A grizzly bear with asthma. That’s why he needed to die.

Winter In Woodsboro
They say it never rains in Southern California, well it’s never snowed here either, that is until one night not too long ago. Nestled comfortably in the southern part of the sunshine state is the town known as Woodsboro. The town’s population is probably around 12,000 residents give or take. We have one high school, Woodsboro High, plenty of mom-and-pop stores, a few chain stores and lots of restaurants. The nearest mall is forty-five minutes away, leaving us teenagers hang out in town square, throw house parties, get drunk in barns, and have a lot of sex. There isn’t much else to do in a small town.

The Confession of Morton Thomas
In the Summer of 1994, a small town in Virginia called "Ariel Heights," held the record for the most missing person cases within the span of just 2 months. Between May 30th and August 12th, over 124 missing persons were filed, with ages ranging from 2-98 years old. This event was known as the “Ariel Heights Anomaly,” and was made even more disturbing by the fact that during this entire event, not one piece of evidence was discovered, nor any bones or remains or even footprints. Some people speculated that it was the work of some underground cult or Satanist organization. Others believed that it was merely a hoax, and that the police officers just needed something to keep them busy, due to there being little to no criminal activity before this debacle took place.

Mayna and the Monster
Mayna moved along the wall, pushing her back up against the door to Mr. Moore’s Chemistry classroom, trying not to let her sneakers squeak, going wide around the pool of blood that was blooming toward her feet. She was sweating cold, salty bullets.

‘Texas Chainsaw Massacre’ (2022) Movie Review
This second attempt at a Texas Chainsaw requel (with the first being the abysmal Texas Chainsaw 3D from 2013) sees a group of social media influencers buying up a Texas ghost town in order to refurbish it into a new sort of influencer hub. These include Melody (Sarah Yarkin), her sister Lila (Elsie Fisher), the ringleader Dante (Jacob Latimore), and their other friend Ruth (Nell Hudson). When they arrive in town, they meet an old woman (Alice Krige) still living on the premises in what used to be an orphanage. It turns out that she’s also harboring Leatherface (Mark Burnham), and he’s out for revenge.
